I called Pink Plumbing to have them help with a kitchen sink back up, and in our conversation, I let Chris know that it was a townhome, to which he very kindly explained to me that for condos/townhomes he actually recommended a different company due to the insurance that must be carried. I thought that it was very kind that he guided me and referred me to another plumber that can help me with that particular situation. And I also appreciate the fact that he spent time explaining on the phone how certain plumbing things work. You definitely has a teacher's heart and I very much appreciate that. I have a hot water leak in my kitchen, and I didn't know who to call! I was lucky enough to find Pink Plumbing listed in a search and decided to call them. They came out the next day and gave me an estimate of what it would cost for them to do the plumbing. They explained everything that needed to be done.

Fantastic experience with Lou and Adam to help speed up hot water delivery throughout the house. They explained in plain English what the solution was going to be. Then gave me a detailed clear estimate with pictures. On the day of the job they arrived 10 minutes early, again explained what they would do, fixed the issue and flushed the hot water heater for good measure. Cost was exactly the same as the estimate. Highly satisfied definitely use them for your next job!

Want to charge an upfront inspection fee of $200. Would suggest a plumber that will clear your drain for a flat rate or inspect for free with a snake attempted.
