Lou was professional and explained every step he took. He was clean, transparent and honest. For example; he suggested not to replace certain parts to save cost which did not compromise quality. This shows the value in his work ethic, demeanor and character. In addition, Steph in scheduling and billing was very thorough in explaining the scope, timing and estimates to our satisfaction. She revised our estimate and provided us with various discounts based on the amount of work needed. I would definitely recommend this company and Lou for your pluming needs.

These types of services can be a real headache, but everything about this experience was easy. The initial phone call, setting up an appointment, and the actual service was great. I didn't have to wait weeks for an appointment and the window of time for the appointment was ideal. I called them and made an appointment to have someone check my kitchen sink. They were quick in answering my call, made an appt, got an appt reminder & confirmation text prior. They arrived on time, respectful, professional and taking their COVID precautions. Once he inspected the issue, he explained exactly what was wrong, what was required, and how much it would cost. After I agreed, he went back to work and completed the task. He gave me advice and tips for the future and made sure to leave the area clean afterwards too. I e-signed a few docs & paid with card. I did check in on Yelp and got a $55 discount off my total, which was awesome. I received my invoice and receipt via email. Happy with their service.

We decided to replace our old toilet that was too small for any adult human being. The person who came to help us was Lou, and he was very professional and very kind. He made sure everything was right with installing the new toilet and was fast and proficient. I noticed he wore shoe booties in the house and made sure the bathroom was clean -- I've had plumbers leave a mess before.

Our plumbing problem, solved!

We highly recommend Pink Plumbing and in particular our technician Lou H to fix any plumbing problem.

Lou diagnosed that high water pressure -- coming into our home, along with calcium buildup due to lack of use -- was causing our guest bathroom shower fixture to fail.

He took pictures and expertly explained the problem. He then outlined exactly the steps he would take to fix the issue, including contacting the manufacture of the shower fixtures for specific recommendations. Also, Lou took the time to scrape away the calcium buildup by hand.

He kept us up to date on every thing he was doing and didn't leave until the problem was solved and we were completely satisfied.

Lou's ""above and beyond"" customer service is rare in home maintenance.
