I've used Pink Plumbing for years. They've always been timely, extremely helpful and honest. Today, I called about a leak in my sink and dishwasher and they came promptly. JoseLuis and Marty were friendly, knowledgable and efficient. The problem wasn't complicated; but they helped me understand why it happened and what to do so it doesn't happen again. I've heard they're now Ritz Plumbing. I can't speak to the changes in the overall company but these two guys were great! Thank you!

I would leave a zero-star review if I could. We called Pink Plumbing last week because the drainage line our washing machine broke loose and spewed black smelly water all over our laundry room. One of their technicians named Mynor came by - he was very friendly- and after crawling under our house he reported back that we had a leak in the piping and also found a leak in our bathroom. After stepping outside to speak with his supervisor, he quoted us $950 to repair the leak from the washing machine and offered to discount the other leak, if we wanted to fix that. He also said it would be 5 feet of piping that needed to be replaced and would take about 2 hours. We were suspicious and got a second opinion. As it turns out, the line was backed up and needed to be snaked. There is no leak.

This is company is taking advantage of customers- be aware!!!

I put in a call to the company to complain and am awaiting a response from Abel, the manager.

Wow this company has gone down the tubes! We used them for 20 years n had no problems but last two times have been a nightmare we are soooo disappointed! The time before this was good work, but they took like 7 hours to complete what they said was a 2 hour job.... they were nice n professional that time... just took a long time. This time though!!!! We called in the morning, they said they would come me from 3-5. We said n waited but when the guy showed up he tells us that they're charging it us a night time rate which is an additional 100 dollars??? That seems dishonest. We asked the plumber to leave. That is something they should tell you in the morning. Clearly they sold the business and are using contractors now.... it's such a negative difference. We need to find a new company. So bummed!

Unfortunately sold out to RITZ PLUMBING....a total rip-off, rude, unknowledgable company of no-goods. Yes, I am female, but far from an idiot! They quoted me a min. of $2000 for a new 40 gal water heater..........I don't think so!! Another company quoted me $1200 for the exact same thing!!! They also tried to charge me $225 for 15 mins of a service call in which they did nothing. I refused to pay that and they immediately lowered it to $120. They obviously thought that they had a helpless, dumb single woman on their hooks.........I THINK NOT!!!! Goingt to also report them to the BBB!!!

pinks plumbing was great. sorry they have closed. they have sold out to ritz plumbing, a real group of cons.

do not use ritz plumbing unless you have a bottomless pocketbook.

Do not use this company. Last time they ckeaned out multiple drains for $165. I called today to make an appointment and they charged me $120 deposit which was fine. They get you by the you know what and when they came out they wanted to charge me now $900 to do only two drains. They are a rip off artist. They were supposed to come between six and eight and they didn't show up to 930. That's not the end of the world. Its the price gouging. I was a loyal customer and when you need them the most they rip you off.

Not the same company. They did a minor repair but then tried selling us a major repair with s pressure technique of ""if you do this big repair I'll throw in the little one for free"". Got a second estimate and none of that was true.

Not the pinks I used a few years ago.the plumber looked like he just escaped prison, and seemed to be determined to sell me just about anything and everything.unprofessional and don't care for some one like that in or around my house.
