Unfortunately sold out to RITZ PLUMBING....a total rip-off, rude, unknowledgable company of no-goods. Yes, I am female, but far from an idiot! They quoted me a min. of $2000 for a new 40 gal water heater..........I don't think so!! Another company quoted me $1200 for the exact same thing!!! They also tried to charge me $225 for 15 mins of a service call in which they did nothing. I refused to pay that and they immediately lowered it to $120. They obviously thought that they had a helpless, dumb single woman on their hooks.........I THINK NOT!!!! Goingt to also report them to the BBB!!!

pinks plumbing was great. sorry they have closed. they have sold out to ritz plumbing, a real group of cons.

do not use ritz plumbing unless you have a bottomless pocketbook.

Do not use this company. Last time they ckeaned out multiple drains for $165. I called today to make an appointment and they charged me $120 deposit which was fine. They get you by the you know what and when they came out they wanted to charge me now $900 to do only two drains. They are a rip off artist. They were supposed to come between six and eight and they didn't show up to 930. That's not the end of the world. Its the price gouging. I was a loyal customer and when you need them the most they rip you off.

Not the same company. They did a minor repair but then tried selling us a major repair with s pressure technique of ""if you do this big repair I'll throw in the little one for free"". Got a second estimate and none of that was true.

Not the pinks I used a few years ago.the plumber looked like he just escaped prison, and seemed to be determined to sell me just about anything and everything.unprofessional and don't care for some one like that in or around my house.

Set an appointment on Thurs never showed. Told reschedule for Friday never showed no phone call to explain. Called again and promised would be on Saturday, never showed. Called office and they said they would call me right back with explanation. Never called back. They called me on Sunday while we were in church and told me they would be at my house within the hour but because I didn't call back within 10 minutes my appointment was cancelled. The absolute worst service I have ever seen.

Was charmed by their commercial, so called Pink Plumbing to repair a toilet. My son had started it -- we had the new flush valve, but couldn't find a replacement line from the wall to the tank. So basically, the plumber needed to supply a water line and install the flush valve we had already bought. Thankfully, he quoted the price before he started - $360. This was after showing up at 4:30 PM for an appointment between 8AM -12PM. The guy was very nice, and agreed that $360 would replace the whole toilet, but the company sets the prices. No, thanks, I'll find someone else.

I called Pink after the first plumber I called recommended them because he was not available.
The prices I was quoted were kind of ridiculous and I was not going to have the work done but they came down in price.

The guys that showed up were from Ritz; Ritz business cards, invoice and trucks so not sure what happened to Pink. They seem to be struggling to rebuild their image after a change in ownership and a slew of terrible reviews. Honestly had I seen them before I called I would have called someone else. Other recent reviews talk about scams. When they give you a quote, ask if that includes their $49.50 ""service vehicle surcharge"". They tried to drop that on me.

In the end I was satisfied but next time I might give someone else a try.

I called them to fix a leaky shower faucet and a non-operative sink sprayer. The guy immediately went into a sales pitch, trying to sell me a $6,000 water softener system (for only $4k!). I told him I had contacted them to fix plumbing issues and that I didn't appreciate the sales pitch. He continued with the sales pitch anyway, so I asked him to leave.

Shortly thereafter his 'supervisor' showed up at my door wanting to know what transpired. This guy had a 2 teardrop tattoo in the corner of his eye. We all know that signifies 2 years of hard time in prison. I sent him away too.

Not a good experience. Makes me glad I have an alarm system in the house.

Jonathan was a HUGE help. He was respectful, friendly and knowledgable. I felt very comfortable working with him. I w definitely ask for him the next time.
