I have used Pierside plumbing for the past year for several issues at our home. Whenever I call them they are very prompt at sending someone over to assess the situation. This past week, I had Jason and Jose come over to detect a leak in our kitchen wall. Jason immediately knew what the issue was and promptly fixed it and assisted in having the water restoration crew out. Jason and Jose are extremely qualified and very efficient at their job. Whenever I had questions they were answered immediately. Every job Jason has handled for me this past year has been incredibly professional, efficient, and correct. Jason and Lenny came to give me a free quote for a new Water heater installed and he matched the price I was given by a competitor. i wanted it done this morning and they were able to remove old one and install the new one in about 2 hours. Well I had the dreaded slab leak in my home. Jason was able to come out immediately to review the problem and put together a game plan. The next day Jose Rubalcaba and his team showed up and got to work. It was a massive job requiring punching holes in the walls and rerouting water lines all over the house. What I thought was surely going to take several days was done in six hours. Jose did a great job showing me where the problem was and explaining how they were going to fix it. When the job was complete, the team swept, mopped, and wiped up all the drywall dust. The quote even included the drywall repair and putting my house back in its original condition.

I received a lot of estimates and did my research before choosing Pierside Plumbing. In addition to swapping out my 23 year old large tank style water heater to a new tankless water heater, I needed work completed on a variety of projects around my house. Pierside handled all the projects quickly and efficiently while helping me get a $1,000 rebate for installing the new water heater.
