We had a clogged toilet. Henry the owner responded. I did not tell him that we had a plumber come out two days, who told us that he had to break up the bathroom floor to fix the problem. Henry was here for about an hour and was able to successfully clear the drain with no other issues. He did not have to break up the floor as the other plumber recommended. Henry seems to enjoy his career very much and seems honest and very responsive. Henry also took the time to show us what he was viewing in the drain with the camera and explain to us possibly other issues and resolutions for possibly future problems.

I was remodeling my shower and getting ridiculously high quotes for my shower repiping ...then I called Pierside Plumbing. Such professionals! I got a text to confirm my appointment, another text when they were en route and someone showed up within an hour after calling. When the team got here, they not only gave me my best rate but they also fixed things I didn't even realize needed fixing until they pointed them out. This wasn't to increase my bill, they in fact added these small repairs as part of the original price. Just good old fashion customer service. Which is getting harder to come by nowadays.

My shower plumbing is done, I got a fair price & they left the place super clean.

Bottom line here is that I can definitely recommend Pierside Plumbing.

Danny and Henry came out to my house to check on water damage that was found in a downstairs bedroom. They quickly assessed the damage and repaired it. They were very efficient, honest, and super competent experienced plumbers. Their customer service is off the charts. I will use them again.
