The company was founded by Tim Pierce in 2004. He found it challenging to keep up with customer requests in his first year, so he recruited an additional Master Plumber. Every year, the business expands and attracts more clients. At present, we employ four full-time plumbers along with a full-time office manager.
Tim brings over 25 years of plumbing expertise to Pierce Plumbing. Tim's expertise covers a wide range of plumbing areas, from residential to commercial and mechanical, along with gas fitting. Tim decided to launch his own company, fulfilling his long-held dream of being his own boss. In 2004, he made the decision to follow his dream. With his broad understanding of the plumbing industry, he has secured a wide range of clients. Tim strives to balance being a small, family-operated business with the ability to serve large corporations. He finds joy in navigating this balancing act. At present, his team includes his nephew (with us since 2005), son-in-law (since 2006), daughter (since 2008), and his ""adopted"" brother (since 2012).
