Tim Pierce, the founder of our company, established the business in 2004. He found it challenging to keep up with customer requests in his first year, so he recruited an additional Master Plumber. The company grows each year, gaining new customers. We currently have four full-time plumbers and one full-time office manager on our team.
Tim brings over 25 years of plumbing expertise to Pierce Plumbing. Tim's expertise covers a wide range of plumbing areas, from residential to commercial and mechanical, along with gas fitting. Opening his own business was a lifelong goal for Tim, motivating him to take the plunge. In 2004, he made the decision to follow his dream. With his broad understanding of the plumbing industry, he has secured a wide range of clients. He wants to maintain a small, family-run business that can also cater to multimillion-dollar companies. He finds joy in navigating this balancing act. At present, his team includes his nephew (with us since 2005), son-in-law (since 2006), daughter (since 2008), and his ""adopted"" brother (since 2012).
