Our garbage disposal was leaking and the water heater was making some weird thumping sounds, time to call a plumber, but which company?

Yelp saves our butt again, Jim showed up and replaced our garbage disposal but says we don't need to do anything on the water heater, nothing wrong with it. I appreciate his honesty and he did a great job. Very reasonable and I'll be calling Jim back for any other plumbing issues in the near future. Thanks Jim, highly recommended.

These guys are the best, I'm just so sad that they only service Hemet and not other cities. I've had them out to the same property twice now for different issues. First, a handyman tried to fix my shower handle and proceeded to mess everything up and then ask me for hundreds more to fix his mistake. Jim at pierce plumbing was able to resolve it quickly and only for the price of one service call. The second time we had a small little problem, pierce plumbing offered me advice on how to fix it myself first since its pretty simple but unfortunately I do not live anywhere near our rental property so I was happy to pay the service fee for Jim to go out there and tacked on another job too at no extra charges. Don't go anywhere else, just use these people. Trust me I've tried others and gotten quotes from many people and they are the best!

After going to the large chains all I could find was a generic version of my bathtub spout/diverter. I spoke with a plumber and he suggested Pierce Plumbing.
So, I'm four steps in the door and the guy says, ""oh, you need that spout?"". He proceeds to walk to the back of the store and grab the spout. ""The most common spout that nobody carries"", he says. I mean, I didn't even get a chance to browse! (@&*#%!) These dudes are good! I later returned for another part to fix the valve on the same shower. They have it. Love the small Mom and Pop stores. Give them your business.

Great service and nice people. Our hot water just seemed to be less and less in our shower so I searched for plumbers in our area to obtain an estimate for repair. When I called Pierce Plumbing, they not only knew what the problem was but gave me a reasonable quote right away. We set up an appointment for a few days later but within an hour they called back to see if they could fix it right away. It's so nice having hot water again in the shower. I will only use this company in the future. Highly recommend.

I called Pierce Plumbing about an hour ago to install a new faucet in my bathroom sink. Jim said they could come out right away. He and a helper were here in 15 minutes. Saw the issue I had with my old faucet and said they could fix it. I explained that I was told by a handy man that it couldn't be fixed and would have to be replaced. Jim said he could fix it. Fantastic! Because now I dint have to worry about having mismatched faucets in the bathroom. He had that done in less than 10 minutes. So I had him fix the bathtub faucet which had the same leak issue. Done in another 10 min. All in all, less than an hour from when I called to when he left! Very nice person, cleaned up after the job and great reasonable pricing! I know who I'm calling next time with any plumbing issues! Thanks Jim!

Pierce Plumbing is wonderful. I hired them to replace an old water pressure regulator along with two ball valves and two hose bibb valves.

The technician called prior to arrival and arrived on time. He and another technician completed the job perfectly and left no evidence they were at the house! Awesome job cleaning up!

Their estimate and final cost for the job was exactly as stated and was significantly less than another plumbers quote.

I will only use Pierce Plumbing for any future needs! Very satisfied with their professionalism and quality of work!

My experience with them was so great that I had to do a review, not only did they beat the cost of replacing my toilet by half of what Home Depot and more than half of what Lowe's was going to charge, I've learned a huge lesson, the big box stores are not the best price or the most convenient, I was in and out of the store in 10 minutes, and the installation was quick and clean, thanks guys!

I have been shopping around for a reliable plumber for a while. I needed 2 toilets replaced and wanted to purchase them and have them installed by a local company. I walked into their shop and was greeted immediately, and had all my questions answered to my satisfaction. I was given a choice of dates and times for the installation, they even haul the old ones away!
The 2 gentlemen who did the install called ahead to tell me they were on the way - and were right on time. They were in and out in about an hour. I am pleased with the outcome and the service. This company is great. Do not hesitate to call them or stop by their shop. I will definitely use their services again.
