Discovered disposal leaking Thanksgiving eve with still much cooking, turkey preparing to do. Pierce Plumbing made it to Valle Vista in 30 minutes, replaced within 20 minutes. Cost $183, tipped him $20 for the great service. Thanksgiving Saved!

I called yesterday to request a plumber to help finish installing a bathroom faucet after a failed DIY attempt and to repair my hot water heater. In a little over an hour from my call Jerry arrived and not only did the original repairs but also fixed my water main shut off valve and hooked up the ice maker/water dispenser on my refrigerator. He did a phenomenal job and everything took him over 2 hours so I was a little concerned about how many charges I had racked up. I was able to breath a sigh of relief when I looked at the invoice!! I got all of that quality work by a friendly and professional plumber at a price I couldn't believe!! Needless to say, Pierce Plumbing is the only plumbing service that I will be calling from now on! I can't recommend them highly enough!! You will not be disappointed!!

So my water heater pilot stopped working. I called Roto Rooter who gave me an estimate of $735 to replace the Pilot assembly and the burner and it would take a week to get the parts. I called Pierce Plumbing for a second opinion...he knew what it was just from my explanation on the phone, he had the part in-stock, showed up 5 minutes after I called, replaced the thermocoupling, got the water heater working and charged me $143. I cannot recommend this company enough!

Writing this for my mom and grandma, cuz, technology...

Jim came out to work on my grandma's house and fixed both toilets, both showers, and a leaky sink all within an hour. That included repairing both tub faucets and replacing the tub spouts. My mom said he was very nice and did a great job, and my grandma feels like she has new bathrooms.

Obviously, they highly recommend him.
