Jeremy is a graduate of Leominster’s Center for Technical Education and quickly began his journey to become a dedicated and trustworthy plumber with a sharp eye for detail. He takes immense pride in the quality of work he has delivered for over two decades in the plumbing industry. Jeremy has always dreamed of running his own business, and after dedicating years to working nights and weekends to cultivate a customer base, he started his own company in 2010. He takes pleasure in assisting customers in making the right plumbing choices that align with their tastes, needs, and budgets. Jeremy has lived in Central Massachusetts his entire life.

Janice J.The work was satisfactory, however the billing practices are not transparent. According to the contract, ""If additional technicians are needed to complete the service, additional charges may apply"". We had a fairly simple job, to replace the fixtures on our tub and shower. The fixtures were 30 years old so there were some small issues, which is understandable. The initial plumber started the job but needed to come back the next day and said he needed a second plumber with him. Well, we weren't told that the hourly rate was per man-hour. We were very surprised when we got the bill, as it was 3-4 times more than we had expected to pay. Also, the invoice wasn't itemized; it had a charge for 'parts' but wasn't broken down into cost per specific part.
