Jeremy graduated from Leominster’s Center for Technical Education and immediately set out to establish himself as a committed and honest plumber with a strong attention to detail. He is proud of the high-quality work he has provided for more than 20 years in the plumbing field. Jeremy always aspired to own his own business, and after years of working evenings and weekends to build a loyal customer base, he launched his own company in 2010. He enjoys collaborating with customers to help them make informed plumbing choices that fit their style, needs, and budget. Jeremy is proud to be a lifelong resident of Central Massachusetts.

Janice J.The work was satisfactory, however the billing practices are not transparent. According to the contract, ""If additional technicians are needed to complete the service, additional charges may apply"". We had a fairly simple job, to replace the fixtures on our tub and shower. The fixtures were 30 years old so there were some small issues, which is understandable. The initial plumber started the job but needed to come back the next day and said he needed a second plumber with him. Well, we weren't told that the hourly rate was per man-hour. We were very surprised when we got the bill, as it was 3-4 times more than we had expected to pay. Also, the invoice wasn't itemized; it had a charge for 'parts' but wasn't broken down into cost per specific part.
