Had an issue with my toilet water running continuously. Called about 10 different companies and they were they only ones with availability and willing to come out same day without charging me at an ""emergency or after hour rate"". Called around 3 and Matt (I believe was his name) showed up around 4. Very professional and thorough. Explained the problem to us and repaired in about 10 minutes. Affordable and reasonable pricing. Would definitely recommend and use again!!

Knowledgeable and fair prices! Matt arrived on time. Was very professional. Quickly located the drain blockage, then quickly cleared the clog. He methodically diagnosed the problem. Will definitely use them next time I need a plumber.

Was having a small backup in shower. Called Phil and Paul's and within 90 minutes Jeff arrived, assessed the situation and determined it was a clog in my sewer outside of house. He snaked the line and all back to normal. Very responsive and professional. Highly recommend. Forgot to mention that I called about 4:00 pm and received that kind of service.

Phil and Paul's is my go-to for plumbing issues. They've done everything very professionally and successfully, no matter who comes to the house. They've cleaned clogs and TV'd my line in the past. Most recently, they dealt with a water heater manufacturer problem and once again did a great job. Very happy with their whole staff, from the office to the person coming to the house!

Matt was great, excellent customer service. So I called and they were available on a Saturday. We had a vanity to install till we broke a pipe, they bailed me out. Great service , very happy. Now the shower install!!! Highly recommend !!

We live in an older home in Lodi with an old orangeburg sewer main, damaged from trees, that we had put off replacing. The day came when we couldn't put it off any longer. We called Phil and Paul's plumbing. Mikey came out the next day and provided a thorough estimate for the job and patiently answered all my questions. Jeff and Jessica scheduled the job in a very timely manner which was much appreciated in our household. We opted for replacement, using their trenchless sewer repair to save our existing patio and landscaping. We did have to break up some of our cement walkway to replace some old cast iron pipes to the house. Mikey, Mike an Chris came out and completed the work over the next couple days. They were very professional, throughout the job all the way through the backfill and clean up. I was also happy with how well they match the cement patch work with the old walkway we have. Great job all around. I would recommend and hire this company for future jobs. Thanks!

Called Phil & Paul's this morning for a plumbing problem and they scheduled service for this afternoon, but were actually able to come this morning instead! Matt arrived, explained the situation (and available fix options) and set to work! Very pleasant and professional and done in less than an hour! He also gave some very helpful plumbing tips along the way! Have used P & P's in the past and will now DEFINITELY continue to call for all our plumbing needs/fixes.
