Matt was great, excellent customer service. So I called and they were available on a Saturday. We had a vanity to install till we broke a pipe, they bailed me out. Great service , very happy. Now the shower install!!! Highly recommend !!

We live in an older home in Lodi with an old orangeburg sewer main, damaged from trees, that we had put off replacing. The day came when we couldn't put it off any longer. We called Phil and Paul's plumbing. Mikey came out the next day and provided a thorough estimate for the job and patiently answered all my questions. Jeff and Jessica scheduled the job in a very timely manner which was much appreciated in our household. We opted for replacement, using their trenchless sewer repair to save our existing patio and landscaping. We did have to break up some of our cement walkway to replace some old cast iron pipes to the house. Mikey, Mike an Chris came out and completed the work over the next couple days. They were very professional, throughout the job all the way through the backfill and clean up. I was also happy with how well they match the cement patch work with the old walkway we have. Great job all around. I would recommend and hire this company for future jobs. Thanks!

Called Phil & Paul's this morning for a plumbing problem and they scheduled service for this afternoon, but were actually able to come this morning instead! Matt arrived, explained the situation (and available fix options) and set to work! Very pleasant and professional and done in less than an hour! He also gave some very helpful plumbing tips along the way! Have used P & P's in the past and will now DEFINITELY continue to call for all our plumbing needs/fixes. GREAT COMPANY - and ""Kudos for a Job Well Done"" to Matt!!!

PLEASE - PLEASE DONT USE THIS PLUMBING COMPANY!!! They're never on time. Do a horrible job and dont clean up after themselves - leaving a mess for you to clean up. They take lots of breaks when at your house...smoke breaks and you pay for them. Then they come back into your home stinking up your clean air. Jessica who takes your calls is rude and very unprofessional! Call anyone else!

Matt came out to quote the job within a very short time of my husband calling him. Mike and Matt came out today and worked in the rain for over 4 hours. They were rerunning supply lines that feed the faucets that are on the outside of the house which they had to spend most of their time in the crawl space under the house. While they were under the house they found a leak under the kitchen sink and they replaced the bad fitting AT NO CHARGE. We are extremely happy with their professionalism and their workmanship. THANK YOU FOR A GREAT JOB! We have used them in the past to fix another plumber's mistake at our rental property as well as at our home residence and because they do outstanding service, we will call them again.

Please see my original post below for context. I've decided to increase my stars from 1 to 3 after speaking with the owner. He reached out to us to apologize for what happened and offered to make things right with us.

I really appreciate the candor and the very generous offer that was made however we have decided to stick with their competitors as they have won our business the right way the first time and we feel a sense of loyalty toward excellent service.

I do believe what the owner expressed, that this situation was not representative of their business, but was the act of an individual employee who should not have been sent out in the first place. I'm sure they have other employees who would have been better suited to the situation, but the fact is it happened and I feel that my review is fair and honest as is.

I would give zero stars if I could. The plumbers that came to our house led us to believe that they (and any plumber we called) couldn't possibly take a look at our issue until the standing water in our dirt crawl space was gone. (It was maybe 2-3 inches deep at the most and just water, not sewage)

They also tried to throw our water mitigation guy under the bus for it and made us think he hadn't done his full job and sucked it out when he was here.

So they left us feeling like we were totally getting screwed by our insurance. So we called our insurance and our water damage mitigation guy back all full of fire at our perceived injustice only to be informed that these plumbers were probably just being lazy and didn't want to crawl around in mud!

So then we contacted another plumbing company, Crystal Plumbers, and they responded within just a couple of hours despite us calling pretty late in the afternoon.

Crystal Plumbers quickly investigated and problem solved for us and were able to at least restore our cold water for the night and set up an plan to take care of the rest of it tomorrow.

So clearly these Phil & Paul employees were not interested in being helpful. Do yourself a favor and call Crystal Plumbers!

The best customer service I've received in years!!! It's rare you find a company that's willing to bend over backwards to ensure their customers are completely taken care of. Our house was a disaster! We just bought this house and moved in and the next day the master bedroom flooded from a toilet that overflowed and almost flooded two whole rooms. That set off a series of horrible events that no one should ever have to be exposed to including another overflow in another bathroom and after trying to run a load of laundry my bathtub began filling up and all the toilets at the same time with sewer water :( In the middle of the night I called an emergency company that came out and charged me $350 to attempt to snake the toilet for 20 minutes and was unsuccessful and then left without a care. I saw all the great reviews on here and was looking for someone local and came across Phil and Paul's plumbing. They are the nicest people and went above and beyond the call of duty. They worked around the clock even on Saturday to replace a pipe that collapsed. I was worried sick about how much the cost of this entire disaster was going to cost and for the first time in a long time the quote they gave after their assessment was what the bill was. Companies like this are definitely a blessing in this day and age. Can't thank these people enough for the kindness and diligent work ethic they have.

Tankless water heater went out. Unfortunately, I learned that not many plumbers are not as well-versed or as knowledgeable in repair and installation of Tankless water heaters. Mikey Martin of Phil and Paul's plumbing was awesome. He was smart, fast, and fixed the problem. Phil and Paul's plumbing rates are very fair and reasonable. Can't ask for more than great people like Mikey that get the job done, quickly and correctly. Thank you!

Extremely unprofessional. Kept moving forward with the job without keeping us informed or even updating us. Wouldn't come back out and finish the job. I'm glad they didn't come back because i paid someone else to do the job with half the hassle.

Steve helped us out with the hookups to our new refrigerator and dishwasher. Showed up on time, friendly guy, and knew his stuff. Great price too! Will be sure to use them for all our plumbing needs.
