Wow, can't say enough about Matt. Everyone has been professional and helpful whenever I've called Phil and Paul's and have always arrived in a timely manner. This time I asked for a ""Master Plumber"".....maybe they're all Masters ha! I removed a portable dishwasher that had been jury rigged to stay on its wheels in a permanent position against a wall, not used by attaching it to a sink hook up. I bought a new one and asked for someone who could connect the new one the same way...so that I can wheel it out for cleaning the floor but it's permanently attached to a pipe coming in and a drain going out behind it, where the old one was Next to a wall. The receptionist was skeptical. Matt ended up replumbing the dishwasher to accommodate my request and pointed out something about 2 different metals in the current system that shouldn't be touching together so he changed that part of the system as well! He know his stuff. He also installed a much better kitchen faucet for me. A+++++

First time using this company on an emergency type of situation. We had another plumber come out who was unable to fix the issue. Within a short amount of time they've already cleared my drains. They are extremely professional and arrived earlier than expected which is greatly appreciate it.

Having learned of potential legal ramifications to Yelping, I will not delve into detail about my experience with the firm within the last 24 hours. I have been a regular customer with PPP for years now, recording a 5 star Yelp rating a couple of years ago. I invite potential customers to read carefully all Yelp PPP evaluations, from 1 star to 5 star, to obtain a full appreciation of customer service at this plumbing company.

I have never used them for any plumbing issues until recently. I own the Mr. Pickle's in Lodi on Kettleman Lane and they did some work for me raising the fire hydrant to the required fire code. I had bids by several other companies and this company was very reasonable and take care of the community needs. It's not always about making the big money! They did a fantastic job and I recommend them for all plumbing needs.
The employees frequently visit my store for sandwiches.

Jeff contacted me directly and explained the situation. He promptly apologized and informed me that this employee had been let go due to his non compliance of their company standards. He made it right and as I said in my original review, everything else was five stars, which is why I am updating my review. This company's customer service is impeccable and if you have any issues during your service they are only a phone call away to making it right.

We had a plumbing issue in our office complex, due to some construction over the weekend. We could not get anyone to come and fix it. I found Phil & Paul's Plumbing on the internet, saw their 5 star reviews and called. We were in a panic to get water on to our office. They came out promptly, fixed the issue immediately and got us up and running. Their fee's are more than reasonable. I would highly recommend them for any work. Best service I received ever, he was here earlier than expected and got straight to business and fixed my clogged sink and put new piping down there. Works great and wasn't very expensive finished everything in one hour. I would recommend them to everyone. Thank you mike
