We highly recommend Jerry at Phil & Paul's Plumbing! We had backed up drains on a Friday night. Called around Sat morning for a plumber which is difficult to find on a weekend. Phil & Paul's is open on Saturdays. Jerry was here within a hour & quickly solved the problem! He was polite, knowledgeable and service was reasonably priced.

Called Phil & Paul's Plumbing to check out my water heater because it was not operating following Bell Brothers so called complimentary service.
Phil & Paul's responded immediately and confirmed the water pump had burned up and the tank was empty. Another pump was installed and the water heater is functioning properly thanks to Phil & Paul's expertise.
I learned one thing from this experience: stay with your local companies who are the trained experts and not some company trying to hook you into a service contract with one stop service for all your needs - they are just salespeople!!!!

Phil and Paul's pulled one of his guys off a big dollar job so he could replace our water heater, it went out in the morning but by 7:30 that night we had hot water again. After trying several plumbing businesses that I knew of and not being able to get anyone to come, I called Phil & Paul's and they were able to come and access what the problem was, a drain pipe in the kitchen wall with a hole in it. They were able to schedule a day to come and repair it and they did a great job. The pipes were replaced and they cleaned up the area. The price was reasonable and I'm extremely satisfied and will only be calling them from now on. Thank you to Eric, Aaron, and Carlos for the work you did especially having to go under the house with all the cobwebs and spiders.
