These guys are great! I have a rental condo here in Cocoa Beach and I live in California so my time to complete maintenance and repairs is limited. Needless to say I rely on contractors to show up and take care of work when and as they say they will. Petro Plumbing did just that! They're friendly, professional and got the job done right and on time. They're a permanent addition to my list of Cocoa Beach contractors. Highly recommended! Thank you guys!

Needed new garbage disposal installed, Ethan & Brady were not only efficient but extremely courteous...they removed old disposal & replaced w/ new in less than an hour...great work, highly recommend

We had water seeping up through our condominium floor tiles in the bathroom. Austin and Gabriel came out the same day we called, assessed the situation and determined the water may need to be cut off to our building since we didn't have an individual shutoff. Scheduled for the next day at 9:00 a.m. They were very professional and knowledgeable. They didn't mess around. With their knowledge, they determined they didn't need to cut the water off and they pulled the vanity out and made a small enough hole in the wall to get the job done replacing the drain pipe. In and out in a lot less time Austin estimated. Cleaned up behind themselves leaving me with minimal cleaning. Very happy with their work and professionalism.

Excellent, professional, prompt, friendly service. Our toilet supply line was spewing water; we had to turn off water to our condo unit. Called Petro, said they could send someone next day, until we told them we had no water. They had Ethan come that afternoon. He was so professional and friendly! Highly recommend Petro!

I have used their service twice for replacing a sewer line and repairing a water line leak. Very happy with their quick response and professional and reasonable service. I highly recommend them.

Contacted Petro due to an under slab leak and slow water drain in the kitchen. They diagnosed the real problem with the slow leak (whereas other plumbers could not) and referred me to Leak Dr to have slab leak expertly found. This saved time and money in the end. Leak was pinpointed, called Petro back as Leak Dr left my house. Petro was here in under an hour. Completed serious repair in less than 3 hours (had to cut through the terrazzo) and left no mess. Professional, polite, efficient and VERY reasonable. Can't say enough. I assumed I would have to deal with turning the water off in the house over the next 24 hours or so and am so relieved that they not only came right away, but I can put the kids to bed tonight knowing the problem is fixed. Thanks to Eli, Jack, and Justin and the kind woman who answers their calls.

Service was great, made 2nd trip at no charge. However unplugged freezer and did not plug it back in. Lost $300.00 worth of King Crab Legs from Alaska plus other items, meats, etc. Owner refused to do anything, not even a sorry!

Shaun was great. My house is out of his area so he suggested several other local companies for me though he hadn't ever heard of yelp he gave me about 5 phone numbers to work with so I wouldn't have to pay extra travel time. Nice people are who you want to support with your voting dollars. Ask for Shaun.

I contacted Petro Plumbing because they were referred by a plumbing subcontractor on a house build, who does not work on sump pumps. 3 employees from this company came to the property. I was assured that I would be given an estimate. After not hearing from them for a week, I left a message. Week 2, I left a second message. Week 3, I happen to be driving their brick and mortar location, which I was unaware of until today. I stopped in. The woman at the desk said she could find no record of me. She didn't reach out to any of the repairmen. I did ask her would it not be disconcerting to do business with a company that sent out 3 people at 2 different times and failed to provide an estimate. She suggested that I take my business down the street and gave me the number to another company. I'm not upset and likely dodged a bullet based on the other 1 star review.

Because they were just down the street, I called them in July, 2014 to install a new toilet I had purchased. They showed up on time and had the job complete in an hour or so. At that point, everything seemed OK, but problems surfaced later and Petro wouldn't make it right. After the installation, we were away from that home for months, at another home. After being back for a month or two, we noticed signs of dampness below the porcelain tile next to the toilet, but there was no standing water around the exterior sealed base of the toilet or on the surface of nearby tile. In June of 2015, we decided to call Petro back to inspect their installation. I told them that I was concerned that the toilet was leaking below the tile floor, and that I wanted them to check their work. I also said I would pay for their time if my suspicions were wrong. The plumber removed the toilet and discovered a cracked plastic flange that would cause a leak and needed to be replaced. There was standing water around the floor under where the toilet had been. The plumber initially said that the flange could have """"possibly"""" been broken during the original installation, but """"possibly not"""". However, after I showed him a photo I had taken just before the original installation -- with no broken flange -- and reminded him that the toilet was still sealed and immobilized from his last visit, he admitted that it was likely that the damage was done when he originally installed it. He called the owner/manager and discussed it with her, but she directed him to not take responsibility for anything. I then spoke to her, asking only that they do the repair at no charge. She said she didn't want to see my photo and that, under no circumstances, would they take any responsibility for the broken flange, saying that it was """"impossible"""" that they had broken it. I then offered to split the cost with her, she again denied any responsibility, and said that if I didn't stop negotiating, she would instruct her plumber to leave the toilet sitting disconnected on the floor and walk out. Having no alternative, I then agreed to pay them in full if they would finish the work. The work was completed and the plumber said he would understand if I refused to pay, but I told him I had promised his owner/manager that I would pay, and gave him a check. He assured me that he would enlist the help of his senior plumber and they would talk to the owner/manager the next day because he felt they should fix it at no charge. Nonetheless, I never heard anything back and they cashed my check. Although I'm out less than $260 for the redo, I am still bothered by the fact that it is almost certain that Petro made a mistake (and I had photos to prove it) but refused to fix it without changing me more. I would NOT recommend a contractor that doesn't stand by its work.
