My house is out of his area so he suggested several other local companies for me though he hadn't ever heard of yelp he gave me about 5 phone numbers to work with so I wouldn't have to pay extra travel time. I've used Petro twice recently at our commercial property and they were able to show up promptly when no one else would. Their techs were polite and were quite knowledgeable. Our issues were diagnosed quickly and resolved the problems in a timely manner and at a very fair price. In the future, we will use Petro for all our plumbing needs on Merritt Island.

I love this company every day. the owner said i could use another company to finish started 12/22/2023 and got part today but couldnt send anyone bc they were on a big job. thats relationship building, Brian is a stand up guy and ive known him since high. they take customer service seriously and have the highest intrigrety in running a business. kudos to them!!!!!

We had water seeping up through our condominium floor tiles in the bathroom. Austin and Gabriel came out the same day we called, assessed the situation and determined the water may need to be cut off to our building since we didn't have an individual shutoff. Scheduled for the next day at 9:00 a.m. They were very professional and knowledgeable. They didn't mess around. With their knowledge, they determined they didn't need to cut the water off and they pulled the vanity out and made a small enough hole in the wall to get the job done replacing the drain pipe. In and out in a lot less time Austin estimated. Cleaned up behind themselves leaving me with minimal cleaning. Very happy with their work and professionalism.

Be very careful using this company, they will scam you and you won't be getting what you think. We needed our hot water recirculating pump replace on our water heater. The pump we were having replaced was a heavy duty pump with a built in timer on it. They quoted me a price and led me to believe they were replacing with a like for like. Instead, they replaced it with a cheap piece of crap pump with no timer, which runs 24/7. When I told him that was not the correct pump and it was supposed I wanted it replaced with what was there before, he said it would cost me an additional 300.00!

When my main water shutoff valve broke (open, so at least I had water), I called Petro Plumbing to get it replaced. They responded in less than an hour, and an hour after that, I had a new valve. Very happy with the response and the outcome, bill was reasonable. Definitely recommend them.

It's too bad I couldn't give zero stars because that's exactly what I would do. We had an appointment from 12 to 2 PM -the communicated expected arrival time frame. The two plumbers who came to service the job 1. Russell and 2. Juan were each; sloppy, dirty, messy and failed to apologize at all for their considerable and unfortunate delay. These two did a rush job, seemed too clueless to be professional and very amateur in communication and presentation. Juan decided he was comfortable enough to call me , """"honey."""" He was corrected. Juan's calling me me this was entirely inappropriate, weird, unprofessional and creepy. My landlord is responsible for the repair. Without the proper fact checking of account notes like a professional does; Russell tried unsuccessfully to stick me with the bill and paperwork when it is my landlords responsibility which, I have documentation about- and so does his employer, Petro. This was a very bad experience after a long and drawn out delay of their arrival. This company has bad field representation. I know better plumbers exist. The only *good thing I could say is their female phone receptionist was nice and tried to be as helpful to me over the phone.

These guys are great! I have a rental condo here in Cocoa Beach and I live in California so my time to complete maintenance and repairs is limited. Needless to say I rely on contractors to show up and take care of work when and as they say they will. Petro Plumbing did just that! They're friendly, professional and got the job done right and on time. They're a permanent addition to my list of Cocoa Beach contractors. Highly recommended! Thank you guys!
