2 for 2. Petrillo's installed a new water heater at my condo not long ago and recently fit me in for a last-minute service call. I called them on Sunday to request an appointment for Monday and got a text on Sunday saying they would call me Monday to schedule. They called at 7:45 a.m. on Monday to schedule me for that afternoon. For both appointments the plumber called me before arriving and arrived at the early end of the window provided when each appointment was made. Both plumbers were friendly, polite and cleaned up completely when they were done. They even offered to remove their shoes so as not to track dirt on my light-colored carpet. I highly recommend Petrillo's Plumbing.

I have a 25-year-old sink that needed a new faucet, plus new lines and fittings. I bought a new faucet, but I couldn't remove the old parts. I called Petrillo and they sent an excellent serviceman named Paul. He looked at the sink and realized the old faucet and lines were beyond hope. We both agreed that it needed to be removed with a hacksaw. He did such a careful and professional job that in less than an hour I had a brand sink (faucet & lines). He saved me hours of back-breaking work. He was courteous, professional and neat, and I was extremely happy with the results. I will be sure to call Petrillo the next time I need a plumber.

Our indoor Jacuzzi broke recently & we had the hardest time finding someone to fix it. Needle in a haystack here in S. FL. You want to call Petrillo's Plumbing in Delray; they've been doing hot tubs over 20 yrs. They know what they're doing, are honest, polite & professional.

Easy to schedule. Arrived on time. Problems... broken toilet valve in wall that kept water running and could not be turned off, leaking master sink, replaced kitchen faucet and soap dispenser. Cost... While they did not provide a quote prior to the trip, the onsite guy wrote one up really quick. They charge a flat hourly rate and he estimated 3 hours. He did it all in less than two and bill was significantly lower than estimate. Would definitely call them again.

Saturday morning (6:30) Apr 2, 2016, my shower wont turn off !! I shut off the main and found Petrillo Plumbing on Yelp. They opened at 8am on Saturday, I called at 7:40 figuring on leaving a message. A nice young lady answered, and I told her my problem, she said the crews would be in in a half hour and they would get out to me soon. About 8:15 am, Wenzel called me and told me he would be to my condo very soon. He arrived at 8:45, quickly diagnosed my faulty cartridge and replaced it, AND fixed a toilet flush handle and flapper that were not working properly. Wenzel was the most professional, knowledgeable, friendly guy ever.! I am SO pleased with Petrillo plumbing, and Wenzel, who represented himself and Petrillo in just an amazing way. I don't want any more plumbing problems, but if I have one, I would not hesitate to call Petrillo and hope it is Wenzel that comes out. Well done!! I would recommend them and Wenzel to EVERYONE. ...... oh, AND they were very reasonably priced. THANK YOU!!

The owner, Joe Petrillo, and his associate, Richard, were out today to repair a leaking Jacuzzi jet. The previous company that came out had told me there was no way to access the broken jet other than to pull out the whole tub. This in turn would have ruined the new tile surround that I had only recently had installed. Thanks to Joe's out of the box thinking, he was able to cut an access panel underneath my bathroom sink vanity. He was able to replace the broken jet, repipe and solve my problem, in two hours no less. He was very accommodating regarding my availability and scheduled for a day when I was able to be home. I highly recommend Petrillo's and would not hesitate to use them again. I only wish they were closer to West Palm Beach .... Thank you Joe and Richard!

WAY BEYOND MY EXPECTATIONS I found Petrillo's on YELP (love YELP because they never remove customer posts like the Better Business Bureau). As hard as it is these day s to find a """"good"""" service provider for anything, I found a needle in a haystack with Petrillo's Plumbing. These guys are EXTRAORDINARY. I called at 8:30 am, and they were at my house by 10 am. The person who answered the phone, Richard, is the supervisor and seemed to be a plumber, as he was inquisitive and caring about my repair. Even better, the person who showed up at my door, Adel, spent a lot of time investigating my problems and providing me options to consider - from a cost, quality and aesthetic standpoint. Then, after we agreed on a plan, he went out to the plumbing supply store. He called me from the store and asked me even more questions about what I might want to consider - AMAZING. This experience was so great, I am going to exclusively Petrillo's for plumbing needs on my investment properties.

The owner Joe gave me a cheap verbol quote over the phone to got me use his service. After the job was done. The price was doubled without prior notice. I was angry and surprised.I am not happy about This situation . I will Never use this company again. It is not a honest thing to do.
