Am more than quite disappointed with the rude, unprofessional, hostile, non-responsive, lack of oversite and supervision - not to say the 8 call after, lack of callback wasn't quite disappointing either. Had them here 2 times in the past, and was impressed with their plumbers professional and work. On the 2nd visit, a gentleman fixed 2 items in the shower, and it seemed fine. The next day when i turned the shower on, i got hit in the head with the item installed, when i turned the water on; and the hose with water didn't have water coming out. Didn't get an answer from them when i called twice . Over time, i called 8 more times. Gary who appears to be the owner, said he called back and """"every time, my voicemail was full, while there was a time last week it was full, that was the only time I had a """"missed call."""" Once! Even if your voicemail is full, everyone knows the call still shows up as a missed call. The """"alleged"""" plumber who came yesterday, came in the house (with a trainee): Never Introduced himself Still don't know his name Grumped and barked the entire time.---HOSTILE! Never listened to what I said was wrong with the shower unit. Resented I was watching what he was doing, and told me to """"get out of"""" my own bathroom. Decided on his own what the solution would be, and resented my saying something that was unacceptable. I had a relative who was visiting at the time. I asked """"is it me?"""" I was told, after a brief cause, that I wasn't, and that the """"guy seemed quite hostile."""" When i went back to restate what was wring, and got barked at again, i said """"listen, i'm quite sure its not me, why are you being so nasty? I was told, """" listen I have a rough day. My father was put in the hospital two hours ago, you're lucky I'm here, I'm stressed out now."""" I said, """"well I just checked to make sure it isn't me; if you can't be respectful and at least listen to what I am trying to tell you, then you need to go, there is no need for any customer to be treated this way, and this is unacceptable to me."""" He turned to his assistant (who he talked rudely to, as well) and they left. 9 calls to Gary, the owner. Not even the courtesy to call back. Be sure, i am going to make sure this review is posted everywhere reviews are possible, and am contemplating placing it in our Community Newsletter, and more. Once again, be sure, further action is pending!---This does NOT include the-347,800 people on Social Media, that I, and my friends have the ability to reach. Everything i wrote is behavioral and factual, there is very little opinion included here. I believe it speaks for itself.

Easy to schedule. Arrived on time. Problems... broken toilet valve in wall that kept water running and could not be turned off, leaking master sink, replaced kitchen faucet and soap dispenser. Cost... While they did not provide a quote prior to the trip, the onsite guy wrote one up really quick. They charge a flat hourly rate and he estimated 3 hours. He did it all in less than two and bill was significantly lower than estimate. Would definitely call them again.

They were highly recommended by a few neighbors and didn't disappoint! The plumber who came out was very knowledgeable and friendly, and their prices are very fair. Our new go to!

Toilet was leaking, and after determining that it would have to be taken apart I set about finding a plumber. Last one charged $300 """"emergency fee"""" to clear a blocked toilet because the fine print said if they were here within 3 hours it counted as emergency. Went through a few who said they were fully booked until I called Petrillo's at around 8:30-845am. They said it would either be right before or after lunch. About 10-15 minutes later I get a call from the technician asking if I'd be home in 15' because he could make it. We went over what needed to be done, and he went to work saying it wouldn't take long.He was easygoing and knowledgeable. After he replaced the bolts and gasket he came out and said that the fill valve had made a suspicious noise when tightening, and that it could be nothing but it could also mean cracking and potentially another leak. I appreciated that he did this BEFORE replacing it since we had not discussed it. He said that the fill valve assembly was the only part that had not been recently replaced currently, and that it usually sucks for the customer to have to pay for another visit. This was not pushy or upselly at all. I knew that what he replaced and the fill valve were the only parts that had not been replaced since we moved in and I did not want to be dealing with any more leaks in the near future so I gave him the green light. There was no surprise emergency fee even though he was here roughly 30mins after I called. Full marks all around, happy to have found my new local plumber!

We will never use these plumbers again. Couldn't fix my issues. Had to call them for status of where and when they will return. After weeks of waiting, money spent for nothing.

I have a 25-year-old sink that needed a new faucet, plus new lines and fittings. I bought a new faucet, but I couldn't remove the old parts. I called Petrillo and they sent an excellent serviceman named Paul. He looked at the sink and realized the old faucet and lines were beyond hope. We both agreed that it needed to be removed with a hacksaw. He did such a careful and professional job that in less than an hour I had a brand sink (faucet & lines). He saved me hours of back-breaking work. He was courteous, professional and neat, and I was extremely happy with the results. I will be sure to call Petrillo the next time I need a plumber.

Communication is key! And, it was lacking. Couldn't get to me on the first day.. OK. Not a true emergency. So I rescheduled for the next available day. They got into a """"complicated issue"""" they had to complete. No problem, BUT, they did not call me back within a reasonable time. I called and left a message... no return call after an hour. I left to take our guests to dinner. Upon return a message from them- they would call back in the morning. They didn't.
