Fast, friendly, efficient plumbers. I would have given 5 stars, but a flat rate of $225 to clear a sewer line from the roof seems a little high.......for 20 minutes of work.

The owner Joe gave me a cheap verbol quote over the phone to got me use his service. After the job was done. The price was doubled without prior notice. I was angry and surprised.I am not happy about This situation . I will Never use this company again. It is not a honest thing to do.

Needed a water heater replaced. Found them on Yelp! and they were open at 8am; had my issue resolved in under 12 hours. Very friendly technicians who did it right in about an hour. They even fixed a shower issue I've been having! Fair prices. Could not recommend more!

Am more than quite disappointed with the rude, unprofessional, hostile, non-responsive, lack of oversite and supervision - not to say the 8 call after, lack of callback wasn't quite disappointing either. Had them here 2 times in the past, and was impressed with their plumbers professional and work. On the 2nd visit, a gentleman fixed 2 items in the shower, and it seemed fine. The next day when i turned the shower on, i got hit in the head with the item installed, when i turned the water on; and the hose with water didn't have water coming out. Didn't get an answer from them when i called twice . Over time, i called 8 more times. Gary who appears to be the owner, said he called back and """"every time, my voicemail was full, while there was a time last week it was full, that was the only time I had a """"missed call."""" Once! Even if your voicemail is full, everyone knows the call still shows up as a missed call. The """"alleged"""" plumber who came yesterday, came in the house (with a trainee): Never Introduced himself Still don't know his name Grumped and barked the entire time.---HOSTILE! Never listened to what I said was wrong with the shower unit. Resented I was watching what he was doing, and told me to """"get out of"""" my own bathroom. Decided on his own what the solution would be, and resented my saying something that was unacceptable. I had a relative who was visiting at the time. I asked """"is it me?"""" I was told, after a brief cause, that I wasn't, and that the """"guy seemed quite hostile."""" When i went back to restate what was wring, and got barked at again, i said """"listen, i'm quite sure its not me, why are you being so nasty? I was told, """" listen I have a rough day. My father was put in the hospital two hours ago, you're lucky I'm here, I'm stressed out now."""" I said, """"well I just checked to make sure it isn't me; if you can't be respectful and at least listen to what I am trying to tell you, then you need to go, there is no need for any customer to be treated this way, and this is unacceptable to me."""" He turned to his assistant (who he talked rudely to, as well) and they left. 9 calls to Gary, the owner. Not even the courtesy to call back. Be sure, i am going to make sure this review is posted everywhere reviews are possible, and am contemplating placing it in our Community Newsletter, and more. Once again, be sure, further action is pending!---This does NOT include the-347,800 people on Social Media, that I, and my friends have the ability to reach. Everything i wrote is behavioral and factual, there is very little opinion included here. I believe it speaks for itself.

Love Petrillo's! Show up quickly. Super nice. Honest & hardworking. I had an experience similar to another reviewer. I had a very badly blocked toilet, which had overflowed onto the floor. Worst part was that a realtor and their client were coming to look at the house in 35 minutes. Petrillo's were at my house 20 minutes later, fixed the toilet, and CLEANED THE BOWL because they knew the house was about to be shown! They then hauled out of there quickly, so that when the people came they wouldn't see a plumber's van in front of the house. I have nothing but love for these guys and have referred them to a number of my friends. When I told the realtor afterward what had happened, she was stunned and asked me for their contact info because she was so impressed.

2 for 2. Petrillo's installed a new water heater at my condo not long ago and recently fit me in for a last-minute service call. I called them on Sunday to request an appointment for Monday and got a text on Sunday saying they would call me Monday to schedule. They called at 7:45 a.m. on Monday to schedule me for that afternoon. For both appointments the plumber called me before arriving and arrived at the early end of the window provided when each appointment was made. Both plumbers were friendly, polite and cleaned up completely when they were done. They even offered to remove their shoes so as not to track dirt on my light-colored carpet. I highly recommend Petrillo's Plumbing.

We will never use these plumbers again. Couldn't fix my issues. Had to call them for status of where and when they will return. After weeks of waiting, money spent for nothing.

Easy to schedule. Arrived on time. Problems... broken toilet valve in wall that kept water running and could not be turned off, leaking master sink, replaced kitchen faucet and soap dispenser. Cost... While they did not provide a quote prior to the trip, the onsite guy wrote one up really quick. They charge a flat hourly rate and he estimated 3 hours. He did it all in less than two and bill was significantly lower than estimate. Would definitely call them again.
