Really like this company. Scheduling is usually pretty easy. They give you a time range and then call you when the plumber is on his way. Have had Julio come out to my apartment several times and he always does a good job and is fast. Last time he was here he walked himself out and when I went back to lock my doors I realized he already did on his way out from the inside, so sweet!

Not sure how they charge because my landlords pays for it.

Pete's, you guys are the most dis honest company I've ever worked with, especially Julio. If Julio ever steps in your home, good luck!!!!!
My association is contracted with these guys, so we had no choice but to have them inspect our main drain line in our kitchen. Long story short, we just needed a drain cleaning. Julio came by and tried to up-sale us by telling us the issue was elsewhere, we needed more then just a drain clean. When we declined, he left abruptly. I got a second opinion by a different local plumber. He came by cleaned the drain. Issue resolved.

A WEEK LATER, MY ASSOCIATION NOTIFIES ME THAT PETES PLUMBING CHARGED US FOR BEING THERE FOR 1 1/2 HRS....MY GOODNESS...HE WAS BARELY THERE FOR 15 MIN!!!!
I DONT HAVE TIME FOR THIS KIND TRIVIAL DISHONESTY...THAT WHY WE HAVE LAWYERS!

I've had Pete's out several times to do various repairs and they have always been exceptional. This last visit, Tony saved my life from a leak that was Deteriorating my walls slowly over time. In just an hour he fixed the shower leak, shower pressure and kitchen sink/faucet.... leaving me with peace of mind knowing all was well.

Fast, friendly and professional.
My employer was out of the office and informed me of the plumbing issues we were having. The approximate time of arrival was 11 am, Julio arrived at 10:54 am, very friendly and courteous. Unclogged the kitchen sink and went that extra step and installed a disposal splash guard. I would recommend Pete's plumbing to anyone who needs a plumber!

I was looking for a reputable company that would service the two natural gas gravity heating units in our 1938 Belmont Park home.

One heater worked fine, but the other was inoperable. Further, we wanted to get an opinion if the aging heaters should be replaced or if they would be serviceable in the future.

I called a couple of area air conditioning/heating companies but they declined to service them. After a Yelp & Google search, I can upon Pete's Plumbing, who advertise their expertise in gravity heaters.

Upon calling, I explained what I wanted to the office staff, and they offered me a next day appointment, promising to send out a technician who was well versed with with our equipment.

Julio and Mike arrived early within the appointment window and after I gave them a rundown of the issues they started their work.

After an assessment, they told me if it was their house, they would not replace the heaters. The working heater was in fine shape, but the non working heater needed to be rebuilt, as the gas valve was inoperative. Their stated price & turnaround time was reasonable and I agreed to the proceed with the rebuild.

Julio and Mike decided that removing the entire heating unit (floor) made the most sense to them so after about an hour, the entire unit was removed and in their van. I was told I would be called in a couple of days so it could be reinstalled.

The next day, mid-morning the front office called and advised the rebuild was complete and ready to re-install. Not being busy at the time, I told them anytime was good. Julio was at my door about 30 minutes later.

A short time later the unit was reinstalled and working complete with a new wall thermostat.

Julio and Mike were very squared away and friendly, and they didn't seem to mind my constant questions.

I plan to use Pete's plumbing for servicing my heaters in the future and probable my plumbing needs too.

Miguel and Jose just left. They were really great. They fixed our old toilet valve quickly and efficiently, and were very clean and organized. They were super polite and I really appreciate their considerate manner. Our flushing valve broke at 4 am this morning and I spoke with their representative (super nice!) at 8 am. Miguel and Jose then arrived at 9:30 and fixed everything right away. VERY GOOD RATES as well. It is really a relief to have a plumber arrive quickly, fix the problem easily, and then charge what is a very reasonable rate. We recommend Pete's Plumbing to anyone in Long Beach.

We contacted Pete's Plumbing because our kitchen faucet was leaking water under water under our sink. Two of their plumbers came out at the scheduled appointment time two days letter. Both of them were polite and courteous. One plumber proceeded to replace our worn out kitchen faucet while the other replaced the bath tub hardware in one of our bathrooms. The work was accomplished in a timely manner and it was apparent that they knew what they were doing.
However, a few days later my wife noticed that the new faucet was leaking water under the sink. I phoned Pete's about the leak and they promptly sent another plumber (Frank) out to fix the problem. Frank determined that an O-ring in the new faucet was crimped and causing the leak. While Frank was still there, I phoned the faucet manufacturer and Frank spoke with their representative. As a result, the manufacturer's rep. agreed to send us a new faucet.
Once we received the new faucet, Pete's sent Frank out again to replace the faulty (new) faucet. Frank installed the 2nd new faucet and we thought the leaking problem was solved. However, a few days later my wife again noticed a water leak under the sink. I contacted Pete's and Frank was sent out again. He checked the 2nd new faucet and discovered the same type of problem as before......a bad O-ring was responsible for the leak. Frank advised us that he would try to find another O-ring that would fit and then he would return at a later date to make the repair.
On his next visit, instead of a replacement O-ring he had two new faucets from a different manufacturer. He said that we could take our choice of the two faucets and then he would install whatever we selected. We made a choice and then Frank proceeded to install a 2nd replacement faucet. This all happened over a month ago and the new faucet from a different manufacturer is working just fine. Verdict?
We are 100% satisfied with Pete's Plumbing and the work performed by their capable plumbers......especially Frank. Frank impressed me as the most knowledgeable and capable plumber that I have ever met (and I've been around a long time and dealt with a fair share of plumbing issues). Just like the earlier plumbers from Pete's, Frank was polite, courteous, and friendly.
In addition to having polite and capable plumbers, I appreciate the fact that Pete's Plumbing stood behind their work 100% and did what was right. No charges were made for all the extra trips and work performed by Frank (who I suspect is one of their top plumbers).
We are glad that we called Pete's Plumbing. If it was possible to give them a 10-star rating rather than 5 stars, I would. Everyone in their organization is polite and friendly and they strive to keep the customer happy. I recommend Pete's Plumbing highly. We will definitely phone Pete's for all of our future plumbing needs.

Pete's Plumbing was recommended to me by my neighbor. I had a clogged sewer line and was looking for a plumber that wouldn't cost me an arm and a leg.... I spoke to a wonderful office representative named Rochelle. She was extremely nice and was able to accommodate sending someone out that day, she also quoted their price for doing the work over the phone. .very reasonable pricing.
Around the time of my appointment It was pouring rain; however and I received a call from a representative of Pete's plumbing stating that due to safety reasons their technician would be out as soon as it stopped raining.. When their technician Joshua, did come he was extremely friendly and professional. The job was completed in less than 1 hour. The whole experience definitely exceeded my expectations. I am a very happy customer of Pete's Plumbing.

I was referenced to Petes by my neighbor after I told him about my clogged kitchen sink. After talking with very friendly sales representative I had a technicians team at my door in about 10 minutes. Technicians was very professional, friendly and straight to the point. They fixed everything in very clean manner and gave helpful recommendation on upcoming replacements with no push for additional services. Will recommend highly recommend them if anybody needs very professional and affordable plumer services.
