I highly recommend Pete's Plumbing . We have had them do plumbing work for us twice. Once, a couple of years ago, to replace a shower mixing valve and faucet . Today, they cleared a main drain. The office staff is extremely helpful and polite. Fast response time .Both plumbers were extremely professional , polite , neat, and did a great job.I would definitely say they also have fair and competitive pricing. this company clam experts in our high rise.

1. they send two plumbers one of them very unprofessional entirely stated that he does not have expertise with electrical toilets yet he takes on and started undoing the connections. then he stated that that there was missing part that he needed to get and the office will call back . The office never called back . The flush pressure came much worse than what it was before this plumber work.

2. I have never received a call back . I called the company to fellow after two weeks. The person that answered the phone stated that he will call the plumber and finds out which part and will call me back right away . The company never called back

3. I called a gain 5 days later , again they put me on hold after I explaining to them the issue , After a period oof 7 min the person who spoke to said they can do anything and they do not experience with electric toilets .

I had to get another licensed plumber to fix the mess that this plumber who came out looked for five min , fired out was the problem , he went Home depo bough the right connection and came back and fixed my two electric toilets . The issues was 101 pluming just reconnecting the hose with the right connecter . it the other plumber 30 min to fix this.


My issue was on the professional level the company was unprofessional . They did some work that resulted in worsening the problem and charged me and paid what they asked . they never attempted to solve the issue or fix there problem . they never referred me to some body that can fix the problem .

I would not recommend this company for evening cleaning my toilet
