Petes Plumbing isn't very good in getting required permits. Matter of fact, we believed they were hoping property owners didn't know about permit requirements. They were surprised when we asked about permit & inspections. They aren't very good in completing their work & having to finish their job either. We were even willing to pay more to have them complete work as we would like. We called, they promised to call & set schedule, but never did. Thank goodness we only have them do portion of the project. We should have stayed with our regular plumber, Affordable Rooter. Shame on us.

Just had the house back up, I called and Lynnette was helpful as usual. Horacio was here within an hour. Fifteen minutes later, Voila! All's flowing again. I recommend Pete's anytime someone asks.

No complaints. Their dispatcher had excellent telephone and communication skills. Technician Ron came to install a new faucet in my old downtown Long Beach apartment and he arrived with a smile and everything he needed to do the job. He was friendly and professional and did a great job in a timely manner. He seemed very kind and happy with his job. My landlord has an account with Pete's so I know I'll be well served if I need another plumbing service. Thanks!

I've had to deal with Pete's because my apartment contracts through them. They have broken my sink pedestal, forgot to install a cover on a bathroom hole and left a toilet wobbly and had to come back to fix it. Their negligence has led me to have to pay for my neighbors ceiling repairs twice. And to top it all off today the gentleman little lady'd me very rudely when I asked why a sink was clogged. Awful.

In my entire life I have never been charge a fee for a plumber bad equipment. I think they had defective unit the unit broke and we were charged for their faulty equipment. Whats next our van broke down while working so please fix our van. I have called 2 times to get an answer and still.waiting for a reply from the manager. I dont like to give anyone a one star but I will not pay for faulty plumber's equipment

I used Pete's for a gas line repair from the gas meter. They had to come out several times because they could not determine if there was a leak in the gas line. In doing so, one guy made several mistakes and appeared to not understand how to determine if there was a leak. After several attempts (three calls) Pete's finally sent another plumber. While the first plumber apologized for his inadequate service, the company still charged me for two call backs even though it was their mistake. The new plumber assessed that I had several leaks under the house that would require several thousands of dollars in repairs. It was evident that he was not truthful as in our conversation he kept adding additional costs. When I got a second opinion from another plumbing company, there test under the house found zero leaks and the test passed the city requirements. When I contacted Pete's to complain about the numerous service call charges and misinformation, they refused to remove any costs. Will never use of recommend this company.

So we had major water damage in our residence and Pete's Plumbing came out as soon as they could to stop the water leak. Miquel and Jose did a fine job. However, what was most impressive was the fact that Frank the supervisor came out and did a very thorough job inspecting all supply and drain lines and found issues that needed attention. Frank was extremely courteous, professional and took his time in explaining the issues at hand.
Let's be Frank, he is a great asset for Pete's Plumbing !!
