Overcharged and did nothing to try to fix the issue. The ""plumber"" was dressed like he was going to dinner. He even suggested he should come back the next day to remove sheet rock for some unknown reasons. The next plumber we called was able to resolve the issue in about 10 minutes. Would not use them again.

I want to recommend to anyone if you need to call a plumber to contact Petersen Plumbing Services. They are the best company we have ever used. Our plumbing backed up on a Saturday morning and they came out right away to our home and solved the problem immediately. Dustin and his team Jay and John came back on Monday to help us with other repairs needed. They went above and beyond for us. They treated us as if we were family.

On time , very knowledgeable ! Dustin showed up and worked the magic..installed a commercial grade garbage disposal with a ten year warranty parts and labor can't beat that. Way better than a mega store unit !

This is THE BEST plumbing company I've used. My water heater stopped working, and after many tries to get the pilot lit, I called Petersen plumbing. They were able to give me a time later in the afternoon and were able to accommodate a specific time request I had.

When they arrived, I told them that I thought it was the thermocouple, as I had replaced one before, and it seemed to be the same issue. They could have easily charged me for a new thermocoupler. However, they were able to get the pilot lit themselves (I must have not primed the gas enough?).

Not only did they not charge me for a part that I didn't need, but they didn't even charge me for the trip, since they hadn't quoted me a trip fee before they arrived. It's so nice to have a plumber I can trust!

We have a new plumber! Dustin from Petersen came on Christmas Day to work on our sewer system (which had totally collapsed). They had to return multiple days to upgrade the system and were amazing - the week after Christmas! They clearly take pride in their work and would recommend.

Also, unlike other companies who use 3rd party dispatchers, someone from their direct team answered immediately and quickly booked our appointment. In the middle of a very busy December we needed plumbing services at our home in Novato. John was very helpful over the phone and then quickly came to diagnose our problem and provide a bid. We decided to go with his bid because while we received lower bids and higher bids, he came by recommendation and ultimately his professional passion won us over. It was the right decision. He and his team were so smart about the ins and outs of plumbing and you could see it on the job. They always arrived early,or on time, and their respect and consideration of our home and time was impeccable. They worked hard and tirelessly redoing all the plumbing one side of our house. John and team are amazing. I woke up to text messages from the neighbors that there was flooding on the street below our house where the main water line is connected and was able to get ahold of John right away to come look the same day. He showed up and assessed all of the potential areas where the water was coming from and then started verifying the theories until they found the culprit. It turns out when we had a fence installed one of the footings broke the water line and the fence team didn't fix it with the proper equipment. John was able to source the right parts within and hour and dug out tons of mud to get the pipe fixed and water back on for us! He saved us, you can't even tell they were here after finishing up. Highly recommend
