I recently contacted Peterson Plumbing Services because my kitchen food disposal wasn't working. I had never been a customer before. But the owner called me back within an hour and had one of his staff get in touch to plan a same day appointment. When his plumber called me to set up that appointment, he was able to guide me to a solution myself (a simple reset, which I had not known how to do.). All other plumbing services that I called stated that they would charge a fee just to show up. In this case, there was no charge and these folks just earned my business for the future. Honest, responsive, professional, all the good stuff.

We had a problem with the hot water in one of our showers. John quickly diagnosed the problem and was able to fix it. He was professional, fair, friendly, and did great work. I highly recommend Petersen Plumbing.

Best plumbing experience ever. I called around 10pm with all toilets backed up and pouring rain outside. Spoke with John and asked several questions in a calm matter to assess the situation. After diagnosing it was a sewer issue, he asked if I thought it was an emergency or could it wait till first thing in the morning. It could wait, but the fact John was ready to drop everything and come over that evening was super impressive. The next day, John and Daniel showed up first thing as promised. They reassessed the situation, then proceeded to unclog our sewer line. Being an old neighborhood from the 1950's our laterals are not what they seemed. John and Daniel patiently worked the problem, re-diagnosed, worked again, and completely fixed the issue. It was wonderful to get insight on their methodology for determining next steps in order to complete the task. Super knowledgeable. Very nice people. And fantastic problem solvers. Honestly, I'd hire these guys over and over. Thank you John and Daniel!!!!!!!!!!!!

I had a sump pump issue after the recent storms in our area and connected with John @ Peterson Plumbing. He offered to connect via a video call to troubleshoot the problem and offer advice at no charge prior to setting up a service call. I showed him the sump pump via FT and he suggested a simple fix which appears to have solved the issue. John's honesty and willingness to help was greatly appreciated. Will be putting Peterson Plumbing in the contact list for future problems.

This was the only plumbing service that responded immediately to me right after the recent big storm on Sunday. I came home Monday night from work late to find all my toilets and tubs overflowing. I called over 10 plumbing services, with no success. The owner of Petersen Plumbing actually called me back within minutes, and worked around my schedule. The owner himself came out along with his assistant early Tuesday morning and quickly took care of the issue. As well as fixing another plumbing issue I had. The cost was reasonable, and they we're friendly and professional. I can't rave enough about them. They are my plumbing company for life!

I have been working with Petersen Plumbing for years now they always do an awesome job. Let's face it, no one WANTS to call a plumber. If you like big brands that overcharge you for things you don't need... then don't call these guys. They are honest, dependable, and will tell you when you should call a roto-rooter instead of them which I respect. He replaced a water heater for me a few years back and shows up each year to check on it and do an annual pump drain. He also installed a recirculator, helped me in the rain with numerous disasters, and completed every job with a smile.

First of all, I want to mention that a Best Buy purchase turned into the installation from Hell before I called Petersen plumbing. I will buy from Best Buy but never have them install anything again.
John from Petersen answered the phone. When I told him the situation, he made room for me that afternoon. He appeared and spoke professionally and was very cordial. He assessed the situation in very short order and within an hour, not only had a new gas line installed, but handed me the hardware necessary for Best Buy to just get their job done with no hassels. I want to comment John for his friendliness, professionalism, attention to detail, and timeliness. A job well done!

Excellent service. We had an issue with two toilets and a shower not flushing/draining. Water was coming out of the overflow valve in the yard. John came over soon after we called, quickly figured out where the problem was and flushed it out. Great work. We highly recommend this business.
