We were lucky enough to have John come out and install our toilet. We called Peterson Plumbing after trying to install a toilet ourselves. John was super responsive and came out the next day (on Sunday!). He quoted the project before coming out and the price was fair (I realize it might not be the cheapest in town, but if there's one thing I've learned, you get what you pay for). He showed up wearing a mask and was super helpful, knowledgeable, and trustworthy. He went above and beyond to help us. I will only use this company for my future plumbing needs. I unequivocally recommend them!

What can I say, I had a leaky toilet that need to be replaced, when I called they told me they would try and fit me in, with in an hour I got a call back they could be there in an hour. The whole job took less then an hour and a half everything was working and the job site clean. I would recommend Peterson plumbing to anyone with a plumbing problem.

John was wonderful. He was able to service my house within a day, showed up in a mask and clearly explained their inspect & quote process. He very efficiently unclogged my shower drain & identified a broken part of my temperature nozzle that was giving me trouble. He even went the extra step to find a replacement part for me so that I didn't have to make a hardware store trip myself. The job wasn't cheap, but the service wasn't low grade either. Thanks Peterson Plumbing!

Unbelievable pricing?! We were quoted just under $500 to fix the filler valve in our toilet. Luckily my husband was home who knew this was an insane quote and told the plumber. Although he offered to lower the price by $100, we still knew $400 was so outrageous, worth it to take the time and fix it ourselves or call a more reasonable company. The next day, my husband bought the broken part for $8 at our local (high end) hardware store, and fixed it in 5 minutes. Hmmm... don't think I will call Petersen again. It makes me worry for the people who don't know better and just pay these outrageous fees.

Showed up same day to fix a sewer mess in my backyard. Explained the proposed fix, proposed pricing, what can go right and what can go wrong very clearly and let me make an educated decision. Thankfully everything worked out great, was a super quick and reasonably priced turnaround. Very happy

They were fantastic. They came on a Friday afternoon. They fixed the problem but it broke again. They not only came again and fixed the problem and did not charge us. It was a really good experience.

My Mr. Fix It was out of town and my sink was backed up. I called and Peterson himself answered the phone. His tech arrived with 45 minutes and was friendly and efficient. Not cheap but worth it.
