They came out and installed the wrong control panel and charged me $300, which I paid. Only a month later, no water again and had to pay for ANOTHER control panel.

Needless to say, I didn't trust them to do the work since it'd only been a short time since they worked on it. They told me I was screwed out of the money I'd payed them since I didn't contact them for their warranty. They wouldn't do anything about the $300 I gave them for doing a bad job putting in the wrong damn control panel. Don't use them unless you want to get screwed, too.

We had barely a trickle of water and sometimes none. Mike De Long came out and replaced our well pump and several feet of pipe caked with iron deposits. We couldn't be more pleased to finally have great water pressure!

I called on Sunday because my pump gave up, no water in a single faucet or hose through the property. I left a message Sunday, got a call back first thing Monday morning, and a guy was here by 10:30, with a courtesy call that he would be at the house in 20 min. The fix was reasonable, explained and oh thank goodness the pump didn't have to be replaced. Water to the house was back on by Noon. I was easily expecting to be told it could be a couple days before someone could come out to fix, and instead a high standard of service and repair was provided. Thank you!

Our well has been trouble free for 26 years, and then all of a sudden we started getting air in our water pipes. I feared all kinds of expensive problems, and was prepared to pay through the nose. I called Peterson Drilling and Pump Service and they sent their technician, Josh, out that same day. He replaced 2 galvanized fittings, one down in the well, and the other in the supply line feeding the pressure tank, all for a price that I found quite reasonable. Josh was very knowledgeable, friendly, and cautious. He worked efficiently and had our water system back in operation in a about an hour. I'm very impressed with Peterson's quick and friendly service as well as their competence, and so wouldn't hesitate to recommend their service to anyone.

Peters Drilling BEWARE-they charge you $165 an hour which includes their travel time from their shop to your location. I've never heard of a company doing that. I find it unprofessional and gouging.
