Woke up this morning to no water. Called Peters at 7:30 am, had Sean at the house at 9:30 am. My pressure switch failed due to earwigs living in there.
He replaced the switch, checked the pressure in the tank, checked the voltage and was gone by 10:00 am with our water restored. Can you even expect better service than that?

I have been a customer of Peters' for over 12 years. Last week I called with a pressure tank problem and they fixed it quickly and efficiently...I thought. Today, Saturday, the pressure tank just stopped. We have no water. I called and said this was an emergency, to which the response was sorry, can't get there until Monday. ""But I have no water, I have horses, I can't go until Monday. This is a problem that I paid you last week to fix."" I was then told to call someone else as they can't help me. This is not the way to do business, especially to a loyal long time customer.

Peter's Drilling has been to our property several times for different issues/ services. Ryan just fixed a broken pipe for us today; he was on time, professional, very helpful, showed me where the pipe broke and explained what he did to fix it. They are always our first call when there's an issue with our pump, water filter or outdoor pipes. I highly recommend Peter's Drilling and Pump Service.

I made an appointment for service for my well. the guy never showed up. I called to as why and they gave me a lame excuse and said that he could come out now by the I had been waiting for 2 hours. The huy shoed up but was inexperienced and could find the problem. He left leaving his Diagnostic tool case behind. I got the bill and refused to pay. now Peters has put a claim on my credet for $132 of crap service. They should be in court not servicing wells.

Outstanding service and flexibility. My water was out and I called. They were ready to send someone right then in the morning, but I had a scheduled PG&E power outage. They came directly after the power came back on. The problem wasn't the well, and David helped hunt down where the issue was. Then he checked our entire water system, both for the house and yard. Really impressed. Exactly the sort of help I needed. And David's smile is infectious. Thanks again.

Called to file a complaint with Peters. The lady who answered was completely unconcerned and actually argued with me and grilled me. When I realized she was only about defending the company and not hearing my complaint, I said ""nevermind"" and she cheerfully said ""okay!"" And hung up on me! Their customer service skills earn an F minus!!!

Peter's did the well test on my property prior to purchase. They gave us an estimate on a holding tank which was incomplete, so I got other bids for this work. While I was in the hospital, our Peter's sticker covered pump failed. My partner called Peter's since there was no water to the house. No emergency to them, they wouldn't even give him a window of time they would come to fix the problem. Turns out, by their own admission, they used bad epoxy. They fixed it, and within 2 hours the pump overheated and broke again. They came back to ""fix"" it. Instead of owning their poor choice in tools, they charged $187.00. I guess they just didn't see the value in not charging that money, so they might get the holding tank job. So I wrote them their little check and I hope they enjoy it. We went with another company for the holding tank and guess what? Peter's pump failed and now I have to order a new pump, $1700. Thx Peter's your poor performance was expected.

I have nothing but praise for Peter's Drilling & Pump Service. On two occasion now, I have been in need of their services and each time the service was of the utmost quality. Jeff handled the most recent call for service, and he did a great job in not only troubleshooting my well pump but fixing the problem and explaining to me his methodology. I have a fairly old system, and Peter's Drilling has been able to resolve my problems each time. The stress of not having water is much easier to deal with when you know a Peter's Drilling technician can be dispatched the same day and have your system running within a few hours.

Peter's is THE place to call when you need this type of service. They are always so professional and helpful. They were even willing to come out on a Saturday to accommodate my hectic schedule. Dave came out and fixed my water pump issues last week and was so thorough, professional and conscientious. Love these guys!
