Called to file a complaint with Peters. The lady who answered was completely unconcerned and actually argued with me and grilled me. When I realized she was only about defending the company and not hearing my complaint, I said ""nevermind"" and she cheerfully said ""okay!"" And hung up on me! Their customer service skills earn an F minus!!!

Peter's did the well test on my property prior to purchase. They gave us an estimate on a holding tank which was incomplete, so I got other bids for this work. While I was in the hospital, our Peter's sticker covered pump failed. My partner called Peter's since there was no water to the house. No emergency to them, they wouldn't even give him a window of time they would come to fix the problem. Turns out, by their own admission, they used bad epoxy. They fixed it, and within 2 hours the pump overheated and broke again. They came back to ""fix"" it. Instead of owning their poor choice in tools, they charged $187.00. I guess they just didn't see the value in not charging that money, so they might get the holding tank job. So I wrote them their little check and I hope they enjoy it. We went with another company for the holding tank and guess what? Peter's pump failed and now I have to order a new pump, $1700. Thx Peter's your poor performance was expected.

I have nothing but praise for Peter's Drilling & Pump Service. On two occasion now, I have been in need of their services and each time the service was of the utmost quality. Jeff handled the most recent call for service, and he did a great job in not only troubleshooting my well pump but fixing the problem and explaining to me his methodology. I have a fairly old system, and Peter's Drilling has been able to resolve my problems each time. The stress of not having water is much easier to deal with when you know a Peter's Drilling technician can be dispatched the same day and have your system running within a few hours.

Peter's is THE place to call when you need this type of service. They are always so professional and helpful. They were even willing to come out on a Saturday to accommodate my hectic schedule. Dave came out and fixed my water pump issues last week and was so thorough, professional and conscientious. Love these guys!

Nice folks who stand behind their service. We've done a lot of business with them over the last 12 years. If there are problems, they are more than fair when it comes to resolving them. I highly recommend them.

My father in law's well was acting erratic and chattering and the water wasn't being pumped into the house. Peter's Drilling came out that same day. Jos, the service guy was great and let me know that the pump itself might need to be replaced but he tried to do a fix to 'save' my father in law some money. Unfortunately the pump did go out and they were back that afternoon and replaced the pump. While it was expensive, their service was well worth it as it got water back on in my father's house right away. Thank you!

These guys know what it means to be without water. This is my second time using them and on both occasions, they communicated well with several phone calls giving me status on arrival times. On my most recent issue, Jeff S. was on time, he was thorough in his troubleshooting, explained the necessary repair to me, and was very quick to get me back up and running. He was a very professional technician as has been my experience with all the Peter's Drilling staff.

Peter's staff are so darn nice.

We called them initially because their sticker was on the well equipment when we bought our place. We had issues with our well and they were very willing to help diagnose the problem not just over the phone but in person. (Issues were at the circuit breaker box as it turned out)

We've had rain water catchment tanks installed, a pressurized irrigation system.

These folks do a top shelf job. Everything is so orderly and cleanly laid out. Built to last.

Taking on the phone with them it's clear they know their stuff. I feel very secure and confident relying on their advice.
