We are new homeowners & had our floors redone in the whole house, which left us with toilets that needed to be reinstalled. Bob Muller, the owner of Personal Plumbing, was referred to us by our flooring guy Jason, the owner of Today's Friendly Flooring. Bob answered his phone immediately, was very professional, offered us a great deal, and was able to make our preferred appointment with less than a days notice! We were happily met by our personal plumber, Ryan, the following day right on time with a smile and a can-do attitude, despite the difficulty of finding our place. He walked us through the whole process of the installations, even found and removed a large piece of debris in the main pipe of the second bedroom toilet that would have caused some major clogging issues down the line. Yikes! Ryan to the rescue! He was very knowledgeable, pleasant to talk to, and we felt very comfortable with him. We also appreciated his attention to detail, his friendliness, and his professionalism. He even helped us with an extremely low flow kitchen sink faucet, and recaulking of the sink edge with no additional cost! Altogether, we were extremely happy with our overall experience with Personal Plumbing and will continue to go to them for our plumbing concerns. We highly recommend!!

We had a leak under our kitchen sink. Called Bob and he had Chris out within an hour. Can't say enough about this company and their dedication to their customers. They couldn't find the leak however recommended that we replace the faucet that is at least 16 years old. He didn't charge us for the service call. I'm going out this weekend and purchasing a new faucet and will have Bob install it.

The overflow cap in the bathtub was rusted out and broken. Searched everywhere for a kit to repair to no avail. Stopped by a plumbing supply house to see if there was a fix, was told no, had to remove the tub and replace. Went to Angie's list to find a contractor to repair the problem, Bob from Personal Plumbing called and said he could be there that same day. Bob surveyed the job, decided we did not have to R&R tub and could repair from the underneath. Wow, huge savings. Bob gave a fair and reasonable estimate, scheduled the appointment for the NEXT day, the technician showed up on time and completed the job in a timely manner. Thank you, will call again with other projects.

The main water line to our house was leaking. We received one estimate of anywhere from $1200 - 1500.00 dollars. I then sought an estimate from Personal Plumbing for a fraction of the above quote.
All the online ratings motivated me to choose them; those ratings were SPOT on.
From my first phone call to the very end, I was impressed with the communication, customer service, work ethic (I can go on...). Always on time and even early at other times.

We had an emergency issue with our dryer so I called Personal Plumbing. My call was returned promptly and Tim from Personal Plumbing was able to come out the following day! I was happily surprised since it was 2 days before Christmas! Tim arrived early (:)!) in the 2 hour time window and was able to fix the dryer.
