I have used Personal Plumbing twice to date. Both times I received the same quality attention and service. They were responsive and when compared to other plumbing companies on bids, were less expensive while providing the same quality products. Recently had two toilets replaced with water saving toilets. They scheduled an installation the next day, but when an opportunity became available, they called and said they could install the same day. They sent two technicians. They were prepared, quick, and the work, as the time before, was exceptional, from installation to caulking, removal of old toilets, and sensitive to pandemic needs for protecting clients (although they had been vaccinated). In addition, the two technicians were just very fine and pleasant people to work with. Will I call Personal Plumbing in the future, of course I will! Although there are many fine plumbers available, Personal Plumbing as proven to rank at the top both in quality and timeliness of service and concern for their clients' needs.

Bob upgrade my water tank to a tankless and it went well, also replaced all the angle stops and water supply lines for a super reasonable rate. His company has high standards and a good crew. I would recommend him to all my friends needing plumbing service.

Since I started using Personal Plumbing, I've never needed to look for another company, and never will! Since my last review I used Personal Plumbing for several jobs. Emergency leak in a rental garage, pressure regulator replacement and adjustment, replacing copper pipes/fixtures to avoid future leaks (old house) in several bathrooms. Bob is a respectable business man and cares most about quality work and happy customers.

After getting a couple of quotes to unblock a toilet that seemed ridiculous a friend recommended Personal \Plumbing. They were awesome. By far the most professional and friendly of anyone I contacted. The job turned out to be quite difficult due to lack of access and really old plumbing but they went above and beyond to get it all fixed. Since then I've used them to fix a plumbing issue at my business and will only be using them going forward. Highly recommended.

Not a good experience! The undersink filtration system was not installed correctly and spout completely loose. When asked to fix it was told they don't fix after install and very defensive although it was only a few days later. The plumber that arrived smelled heavily of cigarette smoke and did not seem knowledgeable at all.

Buyer Beware!! Called Wendy who got Tim out (to my rental) to give me an estimate on my fairly new (2 years old) water heater that was making a loud noise. He called and said the sticker on the tank was from ""All About Plumbing"" and that the water heater was under warranty; all I needed to do was pay him $765 to replace it. When I asked him what the money was for if it was under warranty, he said that only covered the tank. I called ""All About Plumbing"" and they told me the warranty covered everything. I called Wendy to pay her the $89 diagnostic fee and told her that I didn't get the best advice from Tim and I would have been out $765. Her excuse? ""Well, YOU called US"". Right. I should have remembered which company installed the heater but I couldn't. I told her ""I know you need to make money but it shouldn't be at the expense of your customers; I'm going to pay you the diagnostic fee and feel that I should have received better advice."" She told me that was very rude and not to call them ever again. I was honest, not rude. Now here's the kicker. All About Plumbing came out, flushed the sentiment out of the tank, and it got rid of the noise; I didn't even need a new tank!

One of the best experiences I've had with a plumbing company. I live in Fallbrook and our local plumbers are so busy, sometimes my calls and/or messages go unanswered. Bob is kind, patient, and responsive and willing to travel to Fallbrook. The two technicians he sent were friendly and professional. Found and repaired pinhole leak and the bill was extremely reasonable. Will definitely use them again!

Bob and his staff at Personal Plumbing have helped us with multiple bathroom renovation projects in our home and replaced and upgraded our old water heater. Bob is responsive and very communicative and he and his staff are always professional and work very efficiently. They were really great. I called them with a minor issue that took about 10- 15 minutes to resolve. Tyler really listened to the nature of the issue and gave me a reasonable quote. I shopped around (just in case) and couldn't believe other plumbers gave me a quote for 1.5 to OVER 2 times as much. Who would pay $250 to $300 for a 15 minute job?? This company is trustworthy and wasn't out to gauge me. Oscar was in and out of my house in 15 minutes, easily fixed the issue, and was respectful of all COVID precautions. Thanks Personal Plumbing.

This is actually a follow up review that a gave them 5 stars on. After they had replaced a shower cartridge which was done well I realized that the water didn't get hot anymore. I contacted them again and they told me that there were some valve lines that needed to be replaced as well as the faucet. This would mean that they would have to cut into the drywall to access the pipes at a cost of $375 without the faucet replacement. I declined. After a 2 minute google search it referred me to check the anti scalding plastic piece within the knob. Sure enough it was set for cold. I simply turned it to hot and had hot water instantly. You would think a reputable company with good reviews would have checked this. My conclusion which is either poor work or I was being scammed. I really don't right this review I order to bash anyone but more for the good advice. Check the anti scalding device, which only require a screw driver and my two fingers to fix before allowing someone to wreck havoc on your walls and pay a needless expense.
