With appreciation, the owner John Perry of Perry Plumbing took care of an issue concerning pipelining that was done for root intrusion. An area of pipe that wasn't covered when work was done had roots going through while in escrow selling. Perry's crew stepped up and promptly took care of the issue without hassle, to honor their work.

Perry Plumbing saved us thousands of dollars by suggesting that we access the clogged drain through a vent behind a bathroom wall. -- & then clearing the drain. This saved us from having to tear up one bathroom, two bathrooms or more (depending on which other company we would have gone with). They even returned the money that I had paid them for the initial visit!! These guys were awesome!!

Good company got to meet a great plumber named Ricardo customer service is what he was about. Ricardo was clear and upfront with me when he showed up and went to work with Cameron. I had been without gas for 5 days and today was there earliest day they could come out. We had a miscommunication on the time luckily he knew what to do and got the job done with some minor hiccups! I am giving them 5 stars only because Ricardo and Cameron handled buisness. I hope Perry plumbing takes care of Ricardo and Cameron they are MVPs in my book!

I had a great experience with this company installing a new main line liner at a commercial restaurant. It was an especially tough job being in little Italy with the foot traffic. Because of my home warranty company, I have had different plumbers out to my home. When an issue came up where the home warranty company couldn't get anyone out to help me in a plumbing emergency, i got approval to get an outside plumber. Because i had used Perry for a couple other things outside of the home warranty, i knew i would use them again.

My plumber was Ricardo and he is a rock star!! He takes his time and does quality work. He makes sure that you are happy with his work before he leaves. I think all the team at Perry Plumbing is reliable and provide great service. However, I really like Ricardo and value his excellent work so he will be my go to from now on. Thank you Ricardo and team!!

Walter and Cameron worked very hard and did a great job replacing the pipes and resolving the slab leak. They showed up on time and cleaned up every day before they left. Walter kept me informed about what was happening and answered my questions. They were very professional, and best of all the charge for the work was very fair. I would highly recommend them.

Not long after moving into a new house, the first time we did laundry, water started backing up into the bathroom showers and toilets. Needless to say this was horrifying and a major problem.

Tried to go through our home warranty to get it fixed, but that was a joke. Ended up calling Perry Plumbing at our realtor's recommendation. They sent someone out the next day to take a look. He was on time, professional, and very straightforward about what was needed, and how he would handle it if it were his home. This lead to us having them replace/repair some plumbing work that had been done during our home's remodel by unlicensed plumbers, but they knew exactly what to do to fix the issues. Additionally, they quoted us for having our mainline (which was still cast iron) relined with epoxy to extend it's life. They were very patient with us, answering all our questions, going back over the information again where needed, and seemed to be really honest and genuine people.

All the repairs took place over the course of a couple weeks (the pipelining had to be scheduled a few weeks out), but they got us up and running as quickly and efficiently as possible. They even humored me by letting me crawl under the house with them once finished to see what they had repaired and where.

Nathan, one of the managers was excellent, but honestly the whole crew (we had probably 5-6 different workers over the two projects) was stellar. I was very impressed by their courtesy and punctuality, and their work ethic!

I would absolutely recommend them, and will certainly call them in future should we have any plumbing needs (but let's hope not!).

Happy holidays. So, I left on the on the 15th for holiday vacation and Perry Plumbing showed up to fix my toilet leaking to my neighbor's downstairs. I left while they were still in my house since my plane was due and they left the key in my condo. When I left 13 days ago, my toilet was intact and still working. Anywho, just got back 15 minutes ago and found pieces of the toilet everywhere, including the bathtub and neither my niece nor I have a working bathroom so we now have to get a hotel. Not to mention it's dirt everywhere and who leaves a piece of toilet in the bathtub anyway??
Edit1- Perry came in last night, apologized and reset my toilet, which was awesome time-wise. There's just one huge thing besides it still leaking (and I asked for a quote a week ago/no word back). The main issue is Perry cut out a piece of my wall for some reason. Due to this, my bathroom is 20 degrees colder than the rest of the house and uhhh, oh yea, a huge piece of my wall is missing. Yes, id be open to receiving a phone call.
Edit #2- They called and were very polite, apologizing as well, which I definitely appreciated. They fixed the entire toilet issue also which was absolutely awesome, which brought this 1 star rating to a 2. The reason it's not 5 stars is because we had to deal with this in the first place and the reason it's not any higher is because there is still that huge hole behind my toilet that they made on the 15th and it looks like I may end up paying for it.

Perry's Plumbing really is a 5 star company. I had a major hot water leak I thought was under my slab. I received quotes to re-pipe my entire home over $10K before they arrived. I wanted an honest plumber for a problem I haven't had to deal with before. So I called a long-time plumber friend I trust for a recommendation. He said go with Perry's, and Hector and his associate came out and searched for the problem, did some digging and found it!! It was accessible and not under the slab. I am sooo happy I didn't have unnecessarily re-pipe my entire home. Perry won my business....I am going to upgrade to a tankless water heater. Thanks Hector! Great Job!
