Great service from Joel and the entire company. Backed up kitchen sink fixed in about 2 hrs from initial phone call til tech left the house. Found them on the BBB site with a A+ rating, they even offer a ""senior"" discount. Joel explained the problem and solutions and was very professional. Will use this company again should we have plumbing problems in the future.

I am a property manager and have used many plumbers in the past for many different situations. Both my regular plumbers were busy on a Friday afternoon. So I Googled plumbers. Perry came up and looked professional enough for the simple job I needed repaired.My gardeners had punctured a small hole in a a 3/4 inch copper line The line was in the ground 6"" deep, the line was completely exposed on all sides and below. The technician did not have to dig at all, we had it all ready for him. He showed up and called the office for authorization to do the work and my assistant gave him authorization to do the work though she did not get a quote over the phone. Again we have worked with many plumbers and had a pretty good idea what it would cost. The total amount of time it took the tech to complete the job was under 30 min. The total amount in parts about $10.00 the total amount of the bill... $486.00 WHAT?
I have never called a company to dispute a charge but I did for this one. After having to leave a message the Manager called me back a couple days later. He explained they use a national pricing index and that what they charged is what the index called for. He tried to make it sound better by saying even if the job took 4 hrs. it would have been the same amount.(Sure)
You could call 10 other plumbing companies and that job would run between $75.00-$125.00. I am not a person who would normally write a review but this was so out of line I found it important to warn others about this companies practices.
If you have a choice call someone else, if you don't be sure to get an upfront quote in writing and then hang on to your wallet

Extremely satisfied! Delbert came out to my house shortly after I called to get a broken bypass valve fixed on my water softener. He was very professional and knowledgable and answered all of my ignorant questions regarding the water system in my house. He quickly and easily fixed the faulty valve free of charge (I was so worried about the price!) then educated me on my water system; and physically showed me everything I didn't know before. Just as my neighbor did, I will refer anybody and everybody to this company. Thanks Delbert, you rock!

Have used Perry before in the past for my business and home. Called and had them come out to my business to give me an estimate to recharge my A/C unit which wasn't getting as cool. This is a split unit with part of it on the roof. Without even looking at the unit the service tech went to his truck and wrote up an estimate for over $1600.00 to which I kindly said no (I only paid $1100.00 for the unit a little over a year ago) I called a couple of other companies and found one (Rockstar Plumbing and Air) who serviced these units. Francisco came out the next day, serviced the unit and only charged me $165.00. Big Big difference!
I think Perry just lost a repeat customer.

We had a tub spout that needed to be replaced. Called Perry Plumbing and had no problem getting a plumber out to our home. Danny was the plumber assigned to our job. He was VERY professional and friendly. He gave us a reasonable quote and he did an OUTSTANDING job installing the new tub spout. The caulking around the surround part of the spout was really neat and clean. We are extremely happy with the job and will ask for Danny again!! Thank you Danny!!

We had a leaky garbage disposal and we called mid morning and they came out in the later afternoon and replaced it.

Joel did a good job as the plug was behind the dishwasher and behind the cabinet. Who knows why they built it that way. He had to saw a hole into the cabinet under the sink to get to the plug. He was very professional and got the job done.

Don't use them! Outrageously expensive and didn't fix the problem then wouldn't warrantee the work. Came out a second time within 20 days and charged me even more. It was an emergency so I had no choice. They also wanted to charge an extra $285 for locating the sewer drain even though the camera was already down there! I have seen this done... It literally takes 5 minutes. They also charged an extra $89 to snake the shower separate from the main. Ridiculous! When he left he made a joke saying ""see you in a month."" As if he knows he's not fixing the problem. Unbelievable!
