Zero star. Having flooring put in and needing a angle stop replaced. Came for appointment Friday, while flooring contractors waiting. Said they couldn't turn off the water and didn't have materials. Had to come back Monday morning. Monday morning comes , clueless to appointment and I have flooring guys back here in hr. Said tech would call. NO CALL BACK. Horrible company.

We have used Perry Plumbing several times, and they have been great each time. Sergio and Brandon have each come out for different plumbing needs within the past few weeks, even, and both were prompt, courteous, and got the job done. Their communication regarding what needed to be done and what they did to fix it was great.

Had them come out to fix a leak in my bathtub faucet and replace a sink faucet as well. They were here just over an hour and was charged over $1,100. The sink faucet replacement alone was $475 charge just for labor since I supplied the faucet. This took them most of their time and the other was a simple fix which cost even more. Brandon was great! But this place over charges more then any place I have ever seen. Not to mention the sink faucet that I had purchased and had them install leaks now. But since it's not one of theirs they won't do anything about it so I still have to get the issue resolved myself. Will never use this company again and would recommend looking anywhere else!

I called Perry Plumbing and scheduled a plumber to come out Wednesday morning to fix my toilet. I had to drive to LA Wednesday morning to take a 2-day long test I had been preparing for and had minimal access to my cell phone. When I finished the first day of my test Wednesday evening, I found a voicemail from the plumber saying he had fixed the toilet as well as an emailed invoice from Perry Admin for $189. Since it was past business hours, I figured I would call the next morning to pay during the first break in my test. So Thursday morning I called Perry plumbing during my first break and paid the $189 with credit card. I thought everything went great until I opened up my email and found an aggressive email from Perry Plumbing sent that morning threatening to set up a lien against me if I did not pay immediately. This email was sent less than 24 hours after I received the invoice! The email made me feel uncomfortable like they thought I was a thief and had no intention to pay even though less than 24 hours had passed since I received the invoice. To avoid unnecessary lien threats, aggressive emails, and unprofessionalism in the future, I will not be using this business again.

I had my water heater replaced by Perry plumbing. My initial heat pump water heater was extremely noisy. I complaint to Ryan and he was extremely helpful for diagnosing the issue and offer a free replacement. I ended up upgrading to a bigger tank. Ryan was so helpful. I'm so glad. The new water heater is quiet. Perry plumbing is the best.

Perry Plumbing has been doing a major project in our 200+ unit condo building for the past several weeks. The project has required a lot of coordination with residents as every single unit has needed to be accessed. We have an AMAZING onsite maintenance team, but Hector and Esteban from Perry have worked seamlessly on our team to get the project done correctly, quickly, and with as little disruption as possible.

Additionally, it's just been great to have Hector and Esteban on our property! They are friendly, cheerful, and helpful. While it will be great to get the project completed, we will miss seeing them around. Much thanks to them and to Perry on behalf of our community.

Fantastic service... Was recommended to use Perry Plumbing from another plumbing service... They were on time each day, were excellent with communications and setting expectations, focused on providing solutions/remedies, really easy to work with, very polite-respectful and professional clean workmanship. Really felt they were trustworthy based on our interactions (prompt returned calls, eagerness to help etc), they proved that they were worthy to earn my business! Would highly recommend utilizing their broad diversified services!

Horrible. We had a pipe that was leaking so we had to shut our water off. Someone came to fix it and after 2 hours charged me $1,000 freaking dollars!! 3 weeks later it started leaking again. The second time we called Bill Howe and they fixed it (took them twice as long) and charged me only $300. We've had no problems. I got ripped off big time. These people just want your money.

I have had extremely negative experiences in the past so he really regained my faith that there are honest and dependable companies that hire very high quality employees. He provided a very reasonable quote for a shower faucet repair and left me with peace of mind that I finally have found a five star plumbing service that I can trust! Highly Recommend!
