We had an emergency backup and overflow in both the toilet and the bath basin. Brandon came in on a Sunday and got straight to work on the issues, was very diligent and focused on his work, and actually thoroughly cleaned all the work areas in the washroom AND polished the shower handle, faucet, and drain. He was incredibly professional and exceeded our expectations (all other plumbers we have used have been unprofessional, left large messes, and were quite loud). Brandon did a wonderful job and we will be seeking future services from Perry Plumbing. Thanks, Brandon!!!

I placed a call to Perry Plumbing on Wednesday, Dec. 18th and am still waiting for a scheduled visit today, on Friday, December 20th. My last job with Perry was over $ 5,000, this job is a smaller one...I guess I don't really matter. BAD FORM, sadly I really liked these guys, all they had to do was recommend another plumber for the job and not leave me hanging.

I've now used Perry Plumbing twice and love them! Some months ago, we had a large leak from our water main. My regular plumber was unavailable and recommended Perry (just like they say, the Plumber other Plumbers recommend). Perry came and fixed the main and it's even better than the original. Fast, professional, reasonable. This week our shower drain decided it wouldn't drain any longer. Techs Chris and Chris came today and quickly got the drain cleared and flowing. Again, they were fast, professional and reasonable. Call Perry if you need service at home. We highly recommend them.

Perry Plumbing answered the call at my condo for a leak originating in my unit. When Isaiah, Omar, Chris and Andree arrived they were friendly, professional, thorough, and respectful of the space. They answered all my questions, performed the work with the least amount of disruption and performed the work efficiently. When the work was complete Chris re-sealed the caulk on a separated sink. These guys were excellent at what they did and I would not hesitate to use them again.

We had a slow leak in the attic. Two other companies came and neither could do the repair. Third time is a charm. Chris and Joseph from Perry Plumbing came out. They were friendly and professional. They kept us informed during the whole process which was pretty lengthy cause they had to leave to go buy some materials. They showed us videos, they made sure we understood what was wrong, and completed everything same day. At the end they even checked our water pressure to make sure it was right. As far as price, I'd say they're competitive. If we have any other issues that require a plumbing company, we will 100% be calling Perry.

Efrain and David were wonderful. Very knowledgeable, patient and diligent. They took the time to explain every step of the process and made us feel at ease that they would complete the job correctly, not just quickly. I gave 5 stars because that was the highest allowed, but I'd give this company and the team on my project bonus stars if there was a way. My project was the removal of 74 year old cast iron drain lines under my home with new ABS ( acrylonitrile butadiene styrene - I looked it up). I had 9 companies come and give estimates and I chose Perry Plumbing for several reasons, first, they hit the marks with good reviews, had A+ with BBB, Lic checked out with Work/Comp and insurance. Second, their estimator, Brandon was thorough and explained everything in detail as to what, how, when, where, etc. Finally, the real measure of my high marks is for the 2-man plumbing team of Efrain and Jackson who actually did the work. While my project was likely not the most difficult - I have 3 ft crawlspace, but a very small access to it. They scoped out the situation, got all the parts they'd need, and laid down protective covering in all areas they would affect. When Efrain opened the drywall to access the cast iron SanTee connection in wall he discovered the challenge of removing and replacing it without having to open an extensive amount of drywall. He worked out a solution that was satisfactory to me. I mention this because he was adamant that my approval and satisfaction was a priority. Efrain and Jackson were friendly and professional in their work. I'm the sort of customer who likes to peer over the shoulder of people who work on my home and that did not bother this team. I ask lots of questions about why something is done, and ""what's that called"" and in general I'm a guy who knows just enough about something to be irritating. But Efrain is very knowledgeable and was patient and answered all my questions. Then we reach the real challenge. The main part of the job is done, the cast iron is out, the ABS is in and now they're reinstalling the pedestal sink. The drywall guy I'd hired to fix the wall in the short interim had cut out the brackets that held the bowl. Now Efrain and Jackson had to measure, level, and reinstall the brackets. They worked tirelessly and skillfully to overcome the problems of that reinstall of the sink. During that time Efrain remained both calm and pleasant, even as I hung by the doorway observing and offering uninformed suggestions. I recommend this company and this team to anyone who needs plumbing work. I will have Perry Plumbing do my next project of relining my exterior (also 74 years old) drain lines.

I scheduled an appointment with Perry Plumbing a week in advance and drove 12 hours round trip to make my appointment, not to mention $250.00 gas only for them to cancel and say they were busy working other jobs. I explained to them in advance how much time, money and effort it was for me to get to San Diego. Truly an unbelievable lack of service, concern and professionalism. If I could give them a zero I would.
