Loran Perry established this company in 1963 as an electrical contracting business, and it has grown since then. In the 1970s, we expanded our services to include heating and cooling. The business was purchased by Keven and Deb Perry in 2005.

We have steadily grown and expanded, looking forward to another 50 years as the trusted choice for wiring and heating and cooling services. Graduating from Brookings High School in the 70s, I attended SDSU and worked as an electrician, heating and cooling technician, and installer for many years.
