This business began in 1963 when Loran Perry started it as an electrical contracting company. In the 1970s, we expanded our services to include heating and cooling. In 2005, Keven and Deb Perry acquired the business.

We have experienced steady growth and look ahead to another 50 years as the preferred provider for wiring and heating and cooling installations. I graduated from Brookings High School in the 70s, went to SDSU, and spent many years as an electrician, heating and cooling technician, and installer.
