After a few years of playing 'whack-a-mole' plugging foundation leaks we decided it was time to go all-in. We got quotes from the two big companies (Permaseal and US). Both were nearly identical for interior drain tile installation, but Permaseal's 18month 0% financing was definitely a deciding factor. The crew was on-time, friendly, explained everything, and left the site clean. Now, we don't have to dread the next big rainstorm.

Seriously? The initial job, for $2420.42, was scheduled June 24th. Keegan was my sales person. Follow up was July 13. My name is Wendy and I live in Brookfield. And I provided pictures. Surely you can locate it with the information provided. Don't try to play me.

Oh, I will be calling ""Bill Jirsa to discuss my concerns"", not that I expect any resolution to your bait and switch way of doing business. You do shoddy work and are unethical.

Hired perma seal to install an egress window in our basement, update our sump pump and fix a crack in the wall. Blown away by how responsive and professional they were from Jerry who helped us set it all up to Armando and his team who executed the work. Armando's team worked in the hottest day of the year and did a great job. Would hire them again and could not recommend them enough!

I am very pleased with the Window -Wells that I had installed thru Perma-Seal. My salesman, Dave S., was with me thru the entire process and now months later was still here for me. This confirmed that my initial decision that Perma-Seal was a quality company was true and I recommend them and would not hesitate to use them again.

The window wells were installed right before winter and the ground and the layer of red rock did not settle back the way I had hoped. I contacted Dave S. and he reassured me they would make things right and Perma-Seal came thru for me, even months after.

Guys came earlier than originally scheduled appointment by a week. Done in about 1 1/2 hours. The crew was quick, efficient and delivered exactly what I needed. They raised the front walk up sidewalk over 2 inches and the patio over 3!! Couldn't ask for more of the crew! 5 year warranty from future settlement as well. Great job!!

It was time for a checkup and our backup sump pump had stopped working. They installed a whole new backup pump, battery, and monitoring system package. It wasn't cheap but I know these are the experts and I trust my home will be protected. Romy was very knowledgeable, personable, and helpful.
