Despite my paying for their twice-per-year maintenance contract and scheduling my maintenance appointment several months out, they cancelled my appointment with 1 day notice and said next availability was in another 2 months. Currently waiting on a promised $75 refund for their failure to deliver but am not optimistic they will deliver on that promise either. Didn't even get a sincere apology or explanation. I do not recommend.

No air for a week, four phone calls and two service appointments abandoned. Finally after 7 days MARVIN came, fixed and conquered! Marvin was wonderful. I will have to look around for service in the future, of my TRANE, that was installed 12 months ago by performance!

I have relocated to a new home. I am closing in less than a week. I live in another city and I received a call from my realtor during the property inspection that the A/C was not running. I called Performance A/C because they purchased the company that I used for my home, business and rental properties. The tech showed up and called me that he had arrived. I told him what the error code was and he said he would take a look. He called me back and charged over $800 to clean a clogged drain line. I was not contacted with a price before the repair was made so I didn't have a choice but to pay. This technician and the company are price gouging. I would never use them again, nor would I recommend them to anyone.

I'm a customer from the previous ownership - which was wonderful service. I tried to make a service/maintenance check up in June this year, and was told the first available appointment was 8/7 between 12 and 4 pm. Stayed home to make appointment, and someone from the company called me at 3:00 pm to cancel today's appointment and reschedule at the end of September. When I expressed my dissatisfaction and asked for sooner appointment, since I have been waiting 2 months already, no other options were offered. And worse - no apology or explanation. I will NOT use this company again and am telling my condo neighbors to beware. I see lots of other complaints here, so they are clearly a poorly run company.

Your technician, Scott Vogan, came out to fix my thermostat and found a problem with the condensate drain. He worked very hard for several hours and was able to get my system running again. He was most diligent and conscientious to get the work done. I rate his work a double the five star rating your system allows. Thank you very much.

I purchased a preventative maintenance program. Company has canceled two appointments already and wants to schedule a third appointment 4 weeks from now. Very poor service. Managers unavailable. Paradise Air used to be a good company, but after their merger the company is now worthless. You would be well advised to look elsewhere.

My technician, Leon, completely blew me away. He was so professional and knowledgeable about his craft. He explained every step of the process and didn't overcharge me like the previous company did. He was able to get everything fixed at the time of the appointment and didn't try to sell me a new unit. Very, very thankful for his exceptional service.

Made an appointment with this Company because my Air conditioner was out They sent me a Text saying the technician was on his Way He never Came so I had to Sleep with No Air until the next Day when I found a wonderful and Reliable Company

My main complaint at this time is poor management and/or customer service. I, too, have had my 6 month AC check-up re-scheduled twice now and then had to wait another month for an open date. The excuse given was lame- many other customers with no air? Why is that exactly? That makes my 6 month checkup 8mo months...and, if this company truly cares about its customers, they would hire a tech person to build and design a database of customers which would alert them as to when their service was up or when they needed to schedule and would call the customer to do just that instead of leaving it up to the customer to remember to call them.

I have a maintenance contract that is paid for. They have cancelled on the the day of service three times now. Too bad they were bought out. The service use to be exceptional. It's so bad now.... I recommend you look elsewhere. Unprofessional
