I purchased a preventative maintenance program. Company has canceled two appointments already and wants to schedule a third appointment 4 weeks from now. Very poor service. Managers unavailable. Paradise Air used to be a good company, but after their merger the company is now worthless. You would be well advised to look elsewhere.

No air for a week, four phone calls and two service appointments abandoned. Finally after 7 days MARVIN came, fixed and conquered! Marvin was wonderful. I will have to look around for service in the future, of my TRANE, that was installed 12 months ago by performance!

Your technician, Scott Vogan, came out to fix my thermostat and found a problem with the condensate drain. He worked very hard for several hours and was able to get my system running again. He was most diligent and conscientious to get the work done. I rate his work a double the five star rating your system allows. Thank you very much.

Made an appt for 8am and noon. No call/no show. Call shortly after and gentleman says the guy had to go back to a job from the previous day and they will notify when he's on the way. Why no call in the morning to let me know he's delayed? 90 mins later a call saying he's not coming and can come tomorrow. Tomorrow doesn't work for me!! I stayed home from work today to fix my issue!! Time wasted in looking for an actual Electrician that will show up!!!! DOOOO NOOOTTT Use this company!!!

I'm a customer from the previous ownership - which was wonderful service. I tried to make a service/maintenance check up in June this year, and was told the first available appointment was 8/7 between 12 and 4 pm. Stayed home to make appointment, and someone from the company called me at 3:00 pm to cancel today's appointment and reschedule at the end of September. When I expressed my dissatisfaction and asked for sooner appointment, since I have been waiting 2 months already, no other options were offered. And worse - no apology or explanation. I will NOT use this company again and am telling my condo neighbors to beware. I see lots of other complaints here, so they are clearly a poorly run company.

When Laurie ran it, everything was perfect. Now new owners it is a disaster. I paid for my every 6 months air check up 3 months ago and they still can't come until Dec. 3rd, canceling on the same day it was due in October. Brand new system in 2020 ended up broken in 2 years Really?? It broke when I was in Norway, so they said that is no problem since you are not home. Tons of red wine ruined and art work. This was in August. Indoor temp was 95 to 98. Then I got charged to fix it like $2,000. This is a new owner management crisis. I am surprised there are no lawsuits yet.

Horrible, setup a tuneup/inspection 3 weeks ago was given a date 3/19 from 12-4pm. Was called at 3pm and told on thier way, will be there before 4pm. At 4:30 no SHOW! Called and canceled and was given a Mailbox which was FULL!! Runaway from them!

Sorry to give a bad rating but this company is sold and the new company didn't explain that to me. Performance Air-conditioning took over and didn't explain that at all. Their tech only tried to sell a membership, a new unit while the existing unit is from 2014 and with the new code requirements. I couldn't get an estimate until the work would be finished. Just be aware that a low service fee can come with a high price but I didn't let them do the work and wait for the regular companies that we work with on a regular base.

Despite my paying for their twice-per-year maintenance contract and scheduling my maintenance appointment several months out, they cancelled my appointment with 1 day notice and said next availability was in another 2 months. Currently waiting on a promised $75 refund for their failure to deliver but am not optimistic they will deliver on that promise either. Didn't even get a sincere apology or explanation. I do not recommend.
