Courteous on the phone, but there are significant problems with the information that's being politely exchanged. It took several calls to finally get an appointment made. Took day off of work, was told a technician would arrive between 9am and noon.

Called at 12:30. Asked if tech was coming, or if I should just go in to work instead. Was told he'd be there in 20 minutes.

Called again at 2:30. This time I was told the tech had called in sick that day, and they asked if I could reschedule. I said no (not wanting to lose another day of work) and was told that they'd have someone there before 4.

Nobody ever showed up. When I called back a third time, was told that my home was actually outside of the company's service area. This seems like something that should have come up BEFORE the appointment was made. My problem is not fixed and I wasted a day off of work. Not satisfied, obviously.

Chris and Justin came out on a claim of leaking drainage pipe into entry. They said we had to remove ceiling..We did and they returned and still couldn't find leak and weremoved more and I FOUND LEAK and they refused to fix it ! I would give them a ZERO! Completely incompetent.

If I could give them 1/4 of a star I would. No call no show, not once but TWICE !! (8/26 and 8/29/16). I missed time off of work because of this company and when they finally showed up, they scammed my wife on some inferior product and pretty much held us over a barrel because our pipes were clogged up. Told us that we had to wait 10 DAYS for a basic model disposal that they could have picked up from Granger, Lowe's or Home Depot, but that they just ""happened to have a better model"" in the truck that unfortunately our home warranty didn't cover and that we would have to pay for. Customer BEWARE! They are absolutely horrible and untrustworthy!!

Service was professional and courteous on the phone and with the plumber. Issues were fixed for a reasonable fee. Will be using them again.

Almost run off the highway by one of their vehicles. Driving erratically and at very high speeds. Not a great first impression.

They came out on a 2/10 Home Warranty call after the first company didn't fix a non-draining tub. Chris was very professional. He snaked the tub drain, and corrected a couple things that the first company did wrong. I would hire them even without having the home warranty.

This company is a joke. It doesn't matter what your zip code is, clean up the job before leaving. Perfect Plumbing left my front yard in total shambles. There was 5 guys standing around all day, smoking cigs and tossing them on my neighbors lawn and in mine. When they came into the house, the door handles had mud caked on them and tracked mud down to my basement. Which they didn't make even an effort to clean up. The guy digging on the back hoe, seemed like it was his first day on a machine. They finished the job in one day for $3000 and made no effort at all, to even sweep off my side walk or porch. Use any other company but this one. See my photos

I called at 7:00 AM to schedule a plumber to replace my faucet head in the kitchen sink that broke that morning. The office staff told me that someone would be out first thing in the morning to fix it & they would call when they had a specific time. No call was made, but the plumber arrived at 10:00 AM.

I was told that I needed to purchase a new faucet in order for them to install it. I offered to purchase one right down the street if he could wait 5 minutes. I was told that he couldn't wait & had to go to another service appointment, but he could come back as soon as that finished. Since that was the only option, I agreed.

At 2:00 PM, I called the office to find out if there were any updates. They said they just spoke with the plumber & he was on his way to my house. 15 minutes later, the plumber called me & told me he wouldn't be able to make it that day because he was going to be on that service call the rest of the day. He tried to schedule an appointment the next day & I said I couldn't miss another day of work. I told him I could be home by 5:30 if he could arrive then. He said that would work & I needed to call the office the next day to confirm the appointment.

I called the next day to confirm the appointment & was told that they can't make appointments that late. The next available time that would work with my work schedule was 2 days later, on a Saturday morning. So reluctantly I agreed. I arrived at home at 5:45 that same day & the plumber was waiting for me at my house. He was able to install the faucet head in 45 minutes.

The plumber himself was phenomenal & seemed genuinely helpful with my schedule. I think he actually went against their normal policy to resolve my situation. Props to him! But the company as a whole has horrible communication with customers. I think I was lied to & jerked around by the office staff. As great of a job that the plumber did, I won't return to them for business because of the inconsistency & poor job done by the office.

This company is horrible! My parents have, still have, dirty water backing into their basement after these people were hired to fix it! They spent 2500.00 to fix this problem no one can resolve but they claimed they could by digging up their front yard. Guess what it got worse and they basically told my parents they're out of luck. Most people don't have 2500 dollars to throw in the garbage! They should be ashamed of themselves!! They don't deserve a star!
