Horrible company they didn't fix the problem the first time so they sent another man out after playing the game all the day the finally show at 5 o'clock in the evening a very large man named Matt came to my home very upset that it was his time to be off did not want to do his job then wanted to argue with me after swearing at me and using vulgar language in front of my one year-old he stormed out but not Before stepping in raw sewage and walking through my home. Beware of this company they do not do their job very unprofessional!!!

Run...Run..This company is extremely Unprofessional, Unreliable and has lost my complete trust as a customer. They were scheduled to come out to my home on Friday through warranty company to fix a plumbing leak. no call, no show... The office manager called on Saturday to reschedule for Monday. I received a call on Monday from another front office associate and she stated, no appointment had been written done so I would be scheduled for the next day.. unacceptable at this point. I'm beyond frustrated and upset I allowed this company to waste my time.

This company made an appointment with me between the hours of 10-1. I called to confirm my appointment and they told me, ""No one will be out, we do not service that area."" So who was going to call and tell me? After I took a vacation day. I am livid. Never seen such poor customer service. When I originally called I was hung up on, and instead of being placed on hold the second time, he set the phone down and yelled some womans name repeatedly.

Absolutely Horrible. Was given this place by my home warranty people. No evening or weekend hours. Receptionist is a total bitch. Never contacted me regarding re-scedule.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!! I was verbally assaulted by the receptionist! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! I was referred by my home warranty company for plumbing service. The technician came out and told us we need a new water heater. He then failed to report his findings to the home warranty company, leaving us without hot water for an additional 7 days (we had already been without for 7 days before that). My home warranty company reached out and was finally able to get ahold of a not-so-nice receptionist who stated that ""parts were being ordered"". Parts?! We were told we needed a new water heater from the plumber. When I called her, she told me I was a fool, among other choice words, yelled abusive statements at me over the phone and then hung up. I am appalled. Whoever is currently the receptionist needs some training in customer service - I would NEVER allow someone like her to represent my company. One star is too many - STAY AWAY!!!!

This company is very unprofessional. If you did not want to perform work in Detroit, don't accept the job. To leave a customer without letting them know you were leaving when they had a serious backup problem is disgusting or racist. Shawn is a jerk and the company has jet to call and explain what happened. What a joke.

Bad customer service. They were assigned to me by a Home Warranty company on a Sunday which gives them 24 hours to schedule. They called 30 mins. on Monday before the time was up. Scheduled with me to be out between 12-3pm. I called at 2pm to make sure they were still coming out as I had taken the day off. The girl was rude and said ""Miss, someone will be out to your home today"". Plumber called at 4pm and said they would not be out and would need to schedule for the Tuesday or Wednesday. I guess I should have paid attention to their 2.5 rating on Yelp and not even scheduled with them.

This is the third time we've used perfect plumbing and have always had a great experience. Harry was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. We now use only Perfect Plumbing for any type of plumbing issues or normal maintenance.

Very convenient that they're able to do Saturday appointments without any type of additional ""weekend"" fee like some other companies.

Highly recommend!
