Was absolutely sure I needed a """"Hot Water Heater""""! Called Joe Bolobanic for emergency service, he came by the very next day. He mentioned the service switch was turned off since I had a previous installation 2 days before, that my water heater was ok. Needless to say how he impressed me with his honesty. No service was required at this time. I will be sure to call him for future plumbing necessities. Joe never charged me for a service call. Perfect Plumbing is Amazing! I would highly recommend Perfect Plumbing for all your plumbing needs!! I called for an estimate. Joe was able to come out the next morning provide a quote and start the job. Joe installed a new kitchen faucet, a new bathroom vanity, sink, and faucet, a new valve and new hoses for my washing machine, he even installed a new seat for the toilet. He explained the work needed and why. Joe provided wonderful customer service, outstanding work, and was so courteous. I will use Perfect Plumbing in the future and will refer Perfect Plumbing to all my friends!

From point of contact to completion of my job I've got nothing but good things to say about Perfect Plumbing. My inquiry was replied to promptly by Joe who set up an appointment for someone to come assess my situation that same day! Sebastian arrived right on time and within 10 minutes he began the job. My bathroom tub drain was clogged, but not for long once Sebastian got to it. As usual, my house was buzzing w kids, cats and people but Sebastian was professional, courteous and very knowledgeable. Joseph, and his assistant Juan, are fantastic! We originally hired Perfect Plumbing to install our new dishwasher. When Joseph summarized the installation he did, he told us he installed the dishwasher correctly and it's level, but the dishwasher door doesn't open/close the way it should because the surrounding cabinets are warped due to water damage. He told us the garbage disposal is leaking, and he also told us how to dry everything out. My husband replaced the garbage disposal, but when we did a load of laundry (in the adjacent area) the kitchen floor became flooded. So, we called Perfect Plumbing again. Joseph researched the situation and told us that he needs to replace the old piping (~64 years old). That means he has to cut out the wall in a few places to get to the pipes--behind the fridge is a hole about 5.5'x2', by the washing machine is a hole about 5""""x5"""", and under the sink is a hole about 4'x2'. He also created a new cleanout because the original cleanout is not very good. Joseph also installed a new waterline to go to our refrigerator. Before they left, Juan cleaned up everything very well. Joseph even removed the annoying remainder of the protective film that was stuck on the front of our new dishwasher door! Joseph is a very accomplished plumber and we would hire him again.

We had a waterline burst going to our under counter water filter system, in our kitchen, under the sink. We turned off the water and needed a plumber. Nextdoor highly recommended Perfect Plumbing. I contacted Bob, who gave me an appointment the following morning. He was on time and completed the repair in 1 hour. He reinstalled the Water system using Copper lines, instead of plastic/rubber hose. Looks and works fantastic. I highly recommend Perfect Plumbing for all your needs.
