I called them a few months ago to install a kitchen faucet. They came out promptly when called. He even knew about my tankless hot water heater which you don't always find. The plumber I had explained everything well, did exactly what I needed and kept things clean. I know that last one can be a challenge as most work tends to be messy. I am going to use them again sometime this week for installing a new water line to a fridge.

Perfect Plumbing is everything you look for in a plumber. I had a problem with my tankless hot water heater and he fixed it promptly and for a very fair price on a holiday weekend. Not only was he able to diagnose a relatively complex problem, but he was able to solve it creatively and comprehensively. I cannot recommend Perfect Plumbing highly enough.

We had a waterline burst going to our under counter water filter system, in our kitchen, under the sink. We turned off the water and needed a plumber. Nextdoor highly recommended Perfect Plumbing. I contacted Bob, who gave me an appointment the following morning. He was on time and completed the repair in 1 hour. He reinstalled the Water system using Copper lines, instead of plastic/rubber hose. Looks and works fantastic. I highly recommend Perfect Plumbing for all your needs.

It's 9:30 last night and my wife tells me the water in the toilet is gurgling and bubbling. I go take a look and there's 2 inches of contaminated toilet water in my shower. I immediately go on Yelp and look for the closest guy with the best rating. I call the company and this guy answers and said he can come out and do an emergency call but there is a $150 after hours charge which seemed reasonable to me. He was there within the hour. He quickly diagnosed the problem as a clog in my main line. He opened the clean-out on the side of my house and snaked the drain clean. He charged me an additional $350, which again seemed reasonable. He cleaned up and was gone by 11:00 PM. I can't tell you how impressed I was with Joe from Perfect Plumbing! I would use this guy again and again.

Watch out if you buy the Perfect Plumbing Groupon, -as once you contact the place, the Charges are increased by a $100, says $169, but they tell you our normal charge = $269- minus the Groupon so no savings, other Plumbers may charge less with out messing with dealing with Groupon.

Joe arrived on time. He asked questions to better understand my issues. He tested ALL drains, opened """"clean out value"""" and surveyed mine and neighbors' outside areas for any obvious sewer line problems. Inside, he tested ALL faucets and drain flows even if I didn't state any problems w/ some. He found 1 fairly blocked drain I didn't even know about. He treated and snaked it quickly and treated my other known problem areas w/ commercial cleaner. Though he allowed me to follow him around to observe and learn, he clearly kept me at a safe distance so I wouldn't get harmed, he allowed me to ask questions and taught me how to maintain my pipes...TY. He was VERY thorough and efficient, conscious not to soil my home, tidy and neat. One odd thing he taught me was to observe and note what any house odds smell like for that would tell him something. And here I had thought it my sickly dog! I would HIGHLY recommend him. Just have a written list of your issues for he will want minute details!
