I would never recommend Perfect Plumbing. After spending almost 3000.00 on plumbing we are having major problems on plumbing. the kitchen sink leaks very bad. I would never use them again or recommend them to anyone. They are just a very high price mickey mouse company. we had a neighbor that did a much better job, and he had no training. he was a jack of all trads but his work was good. Don't use Perfect Plumbing, they are sooo far from perfect or even mediocre.

Do your research. I had this company out to diagnose/repair a 3 year old AC unit that wasn't working well anymore. Compressor was going out and they quoted me $2600+ to replace it for labor alone. The part was under warranty with the compressor fully covered in cost by the manufacturer. Only labor wasn't covered and they said the cost for labor to replace it was that high. I had another company come out and it was $425 for labor to replace the same thing. Get a second opinion with these folks.

This place is a ripoff. Especially if they know you are from out of state. They charged us around $750 to replace 2 sink drains. The high end national average for this type of work, per porch.com, should have been around $550. For Boise, per homewyse.com, should have been around $500. That's 50% over the norm. They were supposed to also clean out some drains, but the drains are still slow. I'd recommend that you go elsewhere. If you do go with them, look up the appropriate cost and push back.

The technicians who installed my furnace forgot to attach the condensation hose. Unfortunately, by the time it was discovered, there was extensive water damage to the surrounding floor and walls. At first, Perfect Heating was responsive and quickly corrected the problem, but now 7 1/2 months later, they are balking at repairing the damage. Yes, I have been patiently waiting for the repairs to the floor, walls, trim, etc. for over 7 months. Today, the service manager suggested that I pay for the restoration since the company fixed the problem. The initial attentive and respectful service is gone and I am on my own to try to restore my home. I urge extreme caution when considering using Perfect Plumbing Heating and Air.

Charged us $500 for two tiny jobs that took no more than 10 minutes each to complete. When we questioned the high cost, the technician just said ""this is what it costs"" and ""I don't set the prices"" without any justification. He did not provide an itemized bill showing what we were paying for. No transparency = no trust. I would not use this company again.

Scammers who tried to tell us our whole house needed re-plumbing for over $20K. Gave us VERY erroneous information about our system. The plumbers I eventually hired fixed the problem in an hour for $325 and said there is nothing wrong with our overall plumbing.

We had our counter tops done and needed the sinks hooked back up. The sinks were mounted all they had to do was attach the two vanity sinks in the bathroom and the kitchen needed the faucet attached and garbage disposal. They quoted $650 and so we figured there must be more to it than we think. 50 minutes after he started he was finished. We called perfect plumbing stating how disappointed we were that we paid $700 an hour for the service and their response was we charge by the job not the hour and they refused to work with us on the charge. I will never use this company again and I would highly recommend you shop around and don't get taken advantage by these shysters.

Very overpriced. Total con job. I can't vouch for their technical abilities because we kicked them out before they got started.
Came to do a bid for a new toilet and replace the $7 drain plug in the sink while they were here. My wife showed them the sink drain first and they bid the replacement stopper at $545. No joke.
She verified with the plumber. Only the stopper, right? Nothing else. Yup $545 for a $7 part that we just replaced tonight for $7 and tax and took my nonplumber husband 12 minutes to replace.
We kicked them out before they could bid the toilet. We didn't want to take a mortgage out to replace the toilet.

I was pretty happy with these guys. Had a small drip behind the wall in the shower, where another company had done some work the day before. (But I'm pretty sure it wasn't their fault since there had been no leak for the 8 YEARS prior to their visit (:/) )
Anyway... I called Perfect Plumbing around 4:00 on a Friday evening, and they were able to come out within 90 minutes to take a look. They stopped the leak.. said they'd have to come back to finish what needed to be done the next day. That job took a little bit longer than they thought it would, and they'd need to return for about an additional 4 hours...saying they'd rather do it right than do it fast... and they still held true to the original quote. Very impressive, indeed. I'd use them again.

I called Friday night for a Saturday appointment. They put me on the schedule and said I'd get a 30-minute precall. Sounded great.

Saturday morning I got a confirmation text saying I'd get a 30 minute precall.

Instead, they later texted me with a requirement to respond within 5 minutes. I was on another call so they skipped me and went to the next job! Why tell your clients they'll get a 30-minute heads up when that's not the case?

I called the office and they didn't even apologize for the poor communication. The staff said they'd send their 5 PM tech to my house. At 5 I got a text saying he was on his way. By 6 PM no one had shown up, so I called again. The woman said she didn't know where he was, but that he was still on his way. I finally cancelled at 6:45 when still no one had shown up.

Such a waste of time. I won't call this company again.
