We had Perfect Plumbing come out to replace all innards in two toilets and replace the kitchen sink faucet. It was one of those shoulda, woulda, coulda situations. After he gave the estimate and asked if I still wanted the work done, I shoulda said no but was too embarrassed to as he was already there. We thought the price was enormous for what was done. Oh, he did take out an old, dirty water softener that we didn't use for nothing (I think) the work was great, he did a good job but I don't think we'll use them again. Can't afford it!

I contracted Perfect Plumbing, Heating & Air to install a new air conditioning unit to my home...this was right before the 4th of July weekend when we were going to have triple digit temperatures for the week...I had contacted several companies to bid, of course and they were the only ones that could get it done on July 1 (a Saturday, which I was extremely grateful for)...but by July 2nd, I could tell that there was something wrong and my house was not cooling down...it took 3 visits to figure out what was wrong - the coil was installed incorrectly...and this was after I was told by the 2nd tech that came out that it was not cooling the house because I had the temperature set too cold...then it was another two days before they could come out and fix it...once it was fixed the unit handled the set temperature just fine...Their bid was EXTREMELY higher than all of the other bids I received....I negotiated it down to an amount that I could afford and was happy to pay it since they were able to get it in so quickly...so once they fixed it (a week later) I requested a refund of most of the money that I paid above the other bids since the unit was not working properly until the day that all of the other companies could have install the unit. They came back with a ridiculously low counter-offer...I told them it was unacceptable...they came back with another counter-offer that was unacceptable to me (a little bit more money and to sign me up for their premier maintenance package for free)...I declined and told them it was unacceptable...I told them that if they were not going to refund me the money that I requested I would schedule for them to uninstall the unit...which is what ended up happening...I ended up using Ultimate Heating & Air who were amazing to work with from beginning to end...

If you like to have service techs return time and again because they don't fix the problem the first time or if you feel like having the absolute biggest frustrating experience of your life; over and over again. THIS IS THE COMPANY FOR YOU! You will just love it!

However, if you don't like the above experience RUN, don't walk away from them! I gave it a whirl for 2 years and no lie, it was such a frustrating experience I would have rather peeled my nails off my fingers than have to call and deal with their incompetence over and over and over again. sayonara I hope to never have to deal with you again.

On another note... All of the employees are quite friendly, they just can't seem to get their ""stuff"" together.

After a major issue with A1 they did an update with my husband and made things right. They made a fair offer to make things right. Customer Service was friendy,timely and it made up for the problem we encountered. Thank you A1 plumbing for Making things right.

Called them today and they came out today. The people on the phone were nice, but the technician was very unfriendly. I don't know if he was having a bad day, but it was easy to tell that he had no interest in being there today.

From the moment he arrived at my house, he was rude and unkind. At one point I asked him if I had done something to make him treat me the way he was treating me. He said, ""our energy isn't matching up today.""

I thought to myself that we're not doing Yoga together, but he was there to clean out my furnace.

Also the price was completely outrageous for the work grudgingly completed. Probably the last time I will do business with them.

After several unsuccessful attempts of clearing the drain, I decided to call the professionals at A-1 Plumbing. Jerry arrived on time, assessed the situation, explained what was needed to remedy the problem. The only issue was the cost involved, I was a little taken back by the amount of money I was charged but it was my decision to proceed. The worked was completed in a satisfactory amount of time and now the drain flows perfectly. No more issues!

A-1 is awesome! Christopher was the technician who came out to perform a tune-up on my furnace. He told me how long it would take and was very professional in explaining what he would be doing. He even explained when one of my pressure readings was a bit high that he had lowered it. He was very knowledgeable about his job and my furnace. I will choose A-1 again!

I used A1 Plumbing and Perfect Air to clean my heating ducts, return air ducts and Clothes Dryer duct. Chris Matos was our Technician. I've used A-1 in the past for HVAC and plumbing needs and discovered that they also cleaned ducts. My wife and I were extremely pleased with Chris's work ethic and professionalism. I would recommended them for any of your HVAC, Plumbing and now Duct cleaning. If having ducts cleaned, ask for Chis, he is top notch.
