Absolutely terrible customer service. I called as we had a large break in our water pipe and had to turn off the water completely. I was asked to send over my contact information and informed that someone would stop by in the next 1-2 hours to assess. I missed work to stay home and wait for the plumber, who never arrived. Additionally, I never got a call to say that the plumber was not coming. The next day I reached out again as I was still without water and was advised that they "were busy and never got around to it, because that's how plumbing jobs work." If they were busy they should not have committed to come in the first place, and should at least do the courtesy of informing customers that they will be unable to keep their obligation. They agreed to visit the following day and I asked if this was a sincere promise and I was told that I "should probably find another plumber." I am truly aghast that this business was reviewed so highly and I will not be seeking his services again. The highly rated reviews were clearly in exchange for discounted rates, as other reviewers mentioned. Exceedingly disappointed.

I had called David to checkout some small plumbing concerns with a rental property I had just purchased. I live in Austin, so he went to check it out and let me know that the water to the house wasn't currently turned on. I felt badly because I hate to waste anyone's time. He still checked everything out and gave me the best diagnosis he could without water.

As time proceeded, I had multiple other contractors in to work on other aspects of the property and they ended up taking care of the small plumbing concerns.

So when an opportunity came up for a installing piping for a washer and dryer, I called David again. He came to the site himself, completed the job the next day, for a fair price.

I will definitely utilize People's Choice for all my plumbing needs going forward.

I'm extremely happy with the work provided by David. Our water heater broke - he was here the following day to replace and even relocated our old one. He was even doing research to verify if we still had warranty on our old one, sadly we did not.
