David is professional and HONEST! I compared his bid to replace a garbage disposal and it was much less expensive then competitors. He always answers his phone when I call. He even made an extra trip back to my house to drop off a little strainer for my sink to help me, at no charge.

My water softener went belly up and water was leaking all over my floor. I tried calling a few plumbers and couldn't get anyone to answer - People's Choice answered on my first try and Dave was able to help me quickly bypass the softener so that we wouldn't have to go without water. He gave me some helpful advice and I did some research, but in the end, I was so pleased with his quick response and helpfulness, that I decided to go through him to get the softener replaced. I'm glad I did. Dave is friendly, quick, and knowledgable. I will be using him again should the need arise.

Great service from David the plumber. He communicated by text to arrange the appointment and even let me know when he was on his way. He even waited about 15 minutes once he got there while I finished feeding my baby daughter. We had a clog in our sink and he was able to unclog it right away. He even put all my junk away that I had under my sink. Definitely didn't have to do that. Price was really reasonable and I would definitely use them again.

I choose People's Choice Plumbing due to all the wonderful reviews on Yelp. My water heater was leaking late Saturday night. I called early Sunday morning and David came out within an hour to assess the situation. He was able to replace my water heater the next day and fixed the wiring/connections up to code. His quote was true to his word and very reasonable compared to other local companies. I'm a big supporter of local businesses and rely on Yelp to support local commerce. David was professional, finished his work within the 4 hr window and showed me the improvements he made. From the moment he arrived at my house, I had a good feeling. I live in Houston but am inheriting a property in San Antonio which had a running toilet. I was able to make an appointment with David to work on a Sunday while I was in town and discussed the problem by phone. He thought he may need to replace the toilet and recommended a specific brand, advising me to have it ready in case. Turned out the old toilet was hard to find parts for and he just installed the new one along with a new cutoff valve. He was very up-front about the costs, reviewing each before proceeding. He was very prompt, efficient, and tidy. He also checked out a fridge problem (not worth repairing) and fixed a loose under-sink pipe. I was very pleased with his work and advice! I had a related problem the next day which he helped with by phone. I feel confident about calling this company for my next plumbing repair need!

Oh man, we are so grateful for David! This (SUNDAY) morning our kitchen sink backed up and the pressure caused water to gush out onto our floor from the pipes. David answered our call immediately. Although he was on his way to another call, he updated us on his progress via text messages. He was able to come and clean out our pipes by the afternoon.
