A few months after Pelican complete the replacement of our water main, I found that during the installation, they had inadvertently damaged one of the plastic pipes for our irrigation system. We called them on a Friday to let them know about it, and by Tuesday they had sent someone out to fix the issue, at no cost.

Pelican did excellent work on our water main, but mistakes do happen occasionally. Pelican showed their commitment to their work and provided excellent customer service by quickly responding to and resolving our request. They clearly stand behind the quality of their work. I would not hesitate to recommend Pelican Plumbing to anyone in need of a professional plumber.

When my condo's garbage disposal broke I spent some time searching for plumbing help in the Oakland area. After reading the reviews and getting some quotes I called Pelican for an appointment. Closer to my appt time Dino called for some basic info, I texted him some pics of my broken one and the next day he showed up with a replacement and got it done in an hour. Wonderfully pleasant experience and reasonably priced, thank you Dino! (I'll be waiting for your speed metal band reunion)

I can also finally shower fully standing up, thanks to the new shower head you were able to put on. I couldn't get that old thing off for the life of me!

These guys are Excellent!
We had them convert us to a tankless water heater.
From the initial phone call to the estimate, all the way to the finish of the job.
On time, professional, friendly, organized and neat!
Their prices are reasonable and you can tell that customer service is very important to them.

These guys are amazing! They returned my phone call this morning to tell me they had no one available to come and snake my sewer line until Monday. I called them back and they were able to squeeze me in this afternoon (everything was backing up). I received a quote and even though they were here for over an hour, they honored what they quoted me on the phone, which was extremely reasonable. Max and Lalo weren't going to give up until they broke through the roots in the line and I'm so grateful. They are definitely my go to plumbers from now on. Thank you so much!

We made an appointment. Fito called earlier in the day to let me know he could be there earlier than the scheduled appointment if that worked out for us, which it did. He showed up on time and was very friendly. He took a look at the problem which turned out not to be a problem at all.
