We used PP recently to replace our shower faucets and some of the pipes leading to the shower. They showed up right on time and immediately went to work. They were very clear in what they needed to do and what the cost would be, and did a fantasticjob.The job turned out to be a bit more complicated than what we all had expected, but they rose to the challenge and took care of everything. It did end up taking the entire day, but the price did not change from the estimate. I appreciated their great work, as well as the precautions they took (covered the floors with tarp, swept and mopped). Highly recommended and really nice people to boot.

There is a reason these guys get 5 stars, they are fair, honest, nice, and super helpful. They have a one hour minimum which is standard with real plumbers (i.e. trained people are not just handymen with a plunger and a drain snack). Recently, we had a garbage disposal issue, they fixed it in less than an hour and were able to fix a water pressure issue in our upstairs bathroom (doing something far more complicated than removing the shower head regulator) for free. Our garbage disposal broke again and we thought they hadn't fixed it properly, they came back, fixed it promptly, showed us that in fact that we had done something improper but still didn't charge us. While they never mention yelp, they definitely operate in a way that suggests that they value their reputation as they know it will lead to repeat business and referrals. I can't recommend them enough.

This is my second good experience with Pelican.
Had a small leak under the house and asked them to fix. When they were done a different part started leaking nearby. I called them up just in case it was related even though it sure did not look related. They didn't give me any grief, came by, indeed told me it was not related but FIXED IT ANYWAYS. What more could you ask?

A few months after Pelican complete the replacement of our water main, I found that during the installation, they had inadvertently damaged one of the plastic pipes for our irrigation system. We called them on a Friday to let them know about it, and by Tuesday they had sent someone out to fix the issue, at no cost.

Pelican did excellent work on our water main, but mistakes do happen occasionally. Pelican showed their commitment to their work and provided excellent customer service by quickly responding to and resolving our request. They clearly stand behind the quality of their work. I would not hesitate to recommend Pelican Plumbing to anyone in need of a professional plumber.
