Awesome same day service (he arrived less than 45 minutes after we talked). These guys are fantastic! After locating the leak they then checked every pipe in the hose and even the water faucet in the backyard! Flat rate fee no matter how long it takes, and no charge if they can't locate the leak. All this tells me they really stand behind their work. Wish I could give them more stars.

That looks like 15 srars to me. Based on the other reviews and my experience, only a fool would hire anyone else.

Here comes the cavalry! We have a slab leak alright, but Pegasus was able to trace and diagnose very quickly. Here he is, Mister Leakman at work! Now comes the rest of the arduous process of fixing it - Chris Villa-Lovos (the plumber who referred us to Pegasus) has a helluva job in front of him. Highly recommended!

Philip was so responsive, knowledgeable, and patient with me over the phone. I had called asking for a second opinion after having had a leak detection test done by another company (and being very confused by the results). Our situation is not straight forward as we are faced with water damage to our wood floors that's not actually caused by a leak, but by water coming through our cement slab! Philip was extremely thorough and took a lot of time explaining how this situation happened and how to proceed. I felt like I was getting advice from a friend.

Great customer service and super friendly. I knew I had a leak but didn't know where to look. In the first minute Phil narrowed it down to the front yard. Then he found the leak. The coolest part is he then proceeded to pin point the leak and set a pink flag on it so I knew where to dig. His horizontal accuracy was literally plus or minus an inch. I dug it up, went to Lowes, got some copper pipe, and sweated in a new section. Done!

Phillip, was quick to respond and come out to the house. He explained everything and performed many tests to rule out any possible leaks. We had a warm floor in a downstairs bathroom and he had infrared to show the hot spots. Turns out it was a hot water pipe manifold right where the water heater was on the other side of the wall that radiated heat. There was no leaks in the house! Yes it was a higher flat rate, but was a flat rate for his time spent and he even helped out with another potential issue that he did not have to do for us. Spent over an hour to rule out everything. Very helpful and now peace of mind. He does the repairs if needed and will discuss alternatives for repair techniques. Super professional!

Philip is amazing! I recently had my 3rd slab leak and called another company to detect it's location. I informed the technician that this was likely a very big leak, based on the information provided by our smart meter. He spent a short period of time in my home and marked the spot where he detected the leak. The plumber subsequently spent several hours jackhammering the slab to access the pipe, only to discover that it was barely leaking at all! The major leak was in another pipe, far away from where it was indicated. Our plumber suggested we call Philip, as Pegasus is the only leak detection company he trusts. Phillip was prompt, professional, and detailed. He spent a tremendous amount of time identifying the exact location and he was spot on. I will never use another leak detection company again, and neither should you!

Highly recommend Pegasus Leak Detection! Phillip was highly responsive, answering my desperate call when we suspected a major leak in the house. He came within the hour, and went to work immediately. Phillip was very professional, and wore a mask as soon as he arrived. He also gave an honest cost estimate, whether the leak be inside or outside the house. He explained what were the possible sources of leaks and proceeded to isolate the source of the leak. Within half an hour, he was able to identify the source of the leak. He also reassured us of the minimal repairs needed to fix the problem.
