Hi, I am Philip, the owner of Pegasus Leak Detection. Being raised by a contractor, I spent my early years on job sites, which provided me with essential experience. Later, I took on the role of Customer Service Manager, and held that position for quite some time. While there, I encountered the leak detection industry and saw a real chance to enhance leak detection practices. The levels of customer service, professionalism, and the quality of work are areas where the industry falls short, resulting in low standards. My goal is to elevate the standards for each of these categories.

Philip came out to our home several times now and we couldn't be more satisfied. All slab leaks were detected, and piping rerouted as needed. Ricardo installed the new PEX piping and leaks were finally taken care of. Such a relief to know we won't experience this again. We highly recommend Pegasus Leak Detection!

I am truly astonished that I got gouged so badly by this company. Their leak detection was accurate, and $600. He had a guy with him to dig and repair the small amount of plastic pipe that was uncovered. I stupidly agreed to the amount of $2000 and signed a 12 page contract which was shown to me on a small phone screen. I have never worked with anyone who has a contact, let alone like this with so many get out clauses. He left then his worker who dug the hole, and replaced a small section of plastic pipe, no more than approx 14"" long. There was another small leak in the next junction, again, a small piece of plastic but his worker didn't have the part, I attach a picture he wanted another $750 to fix that on a different day. So he wanted $2750 for this repair. On top of the $600 detection costs. Because they didn't even do their part right, my usual plumber started from scratch; replaced the ENTIRE set of pipes, from meter to the ground, with new (brass to) copper pipe, where the shut off valve is, two guys four hours for $1050. I feel very duped by this company. He might be good at leak detection but I to overcharge for shoddy work is unprofessional. The contract doesn't seem to have a clause about a licensed plumber carrying out the work, which I would have thought was important in a 12 page document. I do not recommend this company at all. I am out $2000 to do a half baked shoddy repair.

We had Ricardo from Philip's leak detection install PEX piping to our existing copper piping in a problem area that kept getting pinhole leaks.
I could not have been happier with the level of service I received!
Pricing was very fair and the service we received was outstanding!
Ricardo is a true professional and we won't hesitate to use Philip's Leak Detection for any future plumbling needs!

excellent job in detecting the leak and figuring out the path to fix it Also, there was a small gas leak in the water heater and Philip detected that so the the plumber could fix it later. I would highly recommend Pegasus.

I was notified by the city I might have a leak based on the water usage from my property. I was really concerned because I couldn't see an active leak anywhere inside or outside of my house. Philip came and was very professional, efficient and knowledgeable. He had to cut into my wall to confirm where the leak was and chose places where it would be the least amount of damage. I highly recommend him to anyone who has a leak issue.

Phillip was incredibly patient with all my questions, including the two follow up phone calls after his visit. He took the time to ensure I fully understood my situation and was professional throughout the whole experience. He came on quick notice and identified a leak under our slab efficiently. I appreciate him taking the time to explain things as he worked. Thanks again Phillip!

We had some sudden water damage on a Sunday. A plumber recommended Pegasus Leak. Philip called me back the same day and scheduled his evaluation/visit for the very next day. He arrived exactly when he said he would and introduced himself in a friendly and professional manner.

He immediately got to work, and worked quickly yet thoroughly. The problem was identified and diagnosed, and he recommended clear next steps. He also went to the trouble to check the water meter to ensure there were no potential additional leaks.

He told us if he needed to use his sonic equipment, there would be a charge, but a discounted one as he said ""I'm already here!"" He didn't need the extra equipment and didn't charge us a thing.

In the end, we received prompt, professional and friendly help with clear explanations. Hopefully I never need to call him again, but if I do, I've got his business card saved.
