We had some sudden water damage on a Sunday. A plumber recommended Pegasus Leak. Philip called me back the same day and scheduled his evaluation/visit for the very next day. He arrived exactly when he said he would and introduced himself in a friendly and professional manner.

He told us if he needed to use his sonic equipment, there would be a charge, but a discounted one as he said ""I'm already here!"" He didn't need the extra equipment and didn't charge us a thing.

I was referred to Phillip by Beck's Plumbing (also great service), to locate a water leak. Phillip showed up on time and explained the leak detection process. He methodically went to each line and traced the leak back to the main line under the garage slab. He made a couple of small wall openings during the process, which were necessary for the repair process anyway. Phillip marked the exact line with the leak. Based on his advice I was actually able to reroute the water line myself saving a ton of money. Spending $400 with Pegasus Leak Detection saved me over $2000 in the end.
