I spoke with Phillip, the owner, and although he didn't do the type of leak detection I needed (in ground hot tub) he walked me through what I needed to do to find the lead as well as explaining how the system worked. What a great guy and extremely helpful - especially when 6 plus other services didn't help at all or didn't call back.

Okay, so first of all I started noticing warm floors in a certain area of my house near my bathroom. I didn't really think anything of it because I am a completely clueless when it comes to plumbing and didn't even really think that I could have an underground leak. Anyway after I get a notice from the city that I have a slab leak, I call around for a few plumbers who said they could come out and figure it out for me. When they get there I was pretty ticked off because none of them actually did leak detection. I think they just wanted to try to be the first person there to ""land the job"". They all said I need a leak detection company which would have been nice if they told me that on the phone because now I have to schedule another company to come out. Thankfully pegasus leak detection was available same day! So very happy for that so I didn't have to take another day off. Not only did Philip come out and locate the leak in the ground, he gave me a wonderfully better and cheaper way to fix the leak. I guess where mine was allowed me to run the pipes above ground for less money than what it would've been do jackhammer through my floor! I definitely talk a lot... like a lot, and because of how clueless I was on the subject, I had a absurd amount of questions. I can't thank Philip enough for allowing me to follow him around, asking questions every 5 minutes or so. He definitely took great care of me, went extra steps to make sure I get the best possible repair at the best price, and was able to very professionally put up with me! THANK YOU!
