The pipe behing my stall shower wall broke. I frantically called several places, but no one could come for several days. A friend suggested Pedroza Plumbing and Rooter. I called and spoke to Al. He said he could be right over. But I wasn't even home. He had to wait for me as I raced home. And as I raced home, my check oil light went on in my car. Because you know, when it rains, it pours!
So, expecting the worse case scenario of having the wall opened and HUGE expenses, Al was able to fix the issue in about 30 minutes and for less than $300.00
Then he went downstairs and checked for water. My hubby had cleaned it up before he left, but Al found more. He asked for towels, got on his hands and knees and wiped it dry for me. Then he used a detector to tell me where water was underneath and in the walls.
Now, back to the car with the oil light. I mentioned it to him as he was doing his work. He wouldn't leave without checking my oil for me! Talk about going above and beyond! Al is my super hero. I will never use another plumber.

Al was awful. Our home warranty company sent him out to fix a plumbing issue at our house and he incorrectly diagnosed it, resulting in weeks of issues and a non-functional toilet and literally a parade of other plumbers coming through our house in order to fix his mistake.

Don't make our mistake. Al is a friendly, confidence-inspiring, affable fellow whose mistakes caused us to have to live with an open sewer, no toilets and cost us thousands of dollars in expenses.

Walking around the side of the house found that water was dripping out from the house and after investigating found that there was a leak coming from behind the water heater that I could not see. Called up Pedroza on a holiday, he came by shortly took a quick look and explained to us that we had some different options. We went with the least expensive option and he fixed it right away. I've been using Pedrozas Plumbing for several years now. I had a major leak in my condo (several years ago) in the bathroom. Since I lived upstairs it caused damage to the unit below. After numerous plumbers fixing this or that and a few thousand later, Al came in and was able to identify the problem immediately and fixed it quickly. I've continued to use him for our plumbing needs since then . I trust him enough that I had him do some work on my mother's house (and she's stubborn as heck) :-) I would definitely recommend him. He's fair and friendly.
