Home warranty had Al from Pedroza Plumbing come out. My home warranty failed to correctly specify I had a gas leak as well so Al was able to help with the leaking toilet. He was knowledgeable and let me watch as he did everything. He is very friendly and didn't mind sharing his experience and background of everything. I highly recommend him! I will provide an update if the leak ends up coming back but fingers crossed it won't as he did a double take to make sure everything was in place.

Fast, efficient, on time, same day service, friendly, professional, and clean. Al follows safety, wears a mask, gloves, and booties over his shoes. He even washes his hands outside! He's fixed clogged drains in my toilet, kitchen sink, snaked the main line and replaced my garbage disposal unit. Definitely recommend this company.

The pipe behing my stall shower wall broke. I frantically called several places, but no one could come for several days. A friend suggested Pedroza Plumbing and Rooter. I called and spoke to Al. He said he could be right over. But I wasn't even home. He had to wait for me as I raced home. And as I raced home, my check oil light went on in my car. Because you know, when it rains, it pours!
So, expecting the worse case scenario of having the wall opened and HUGE expenses, Al was able to fix the issue in about 30 minutes and for less than $300.00
Then he went downstairs and checked for water. My hubby had cleaned it up before he left, but Al found more. He asked for towels, got on his hands and knees and wiped it dry for me. Then he used a detector to tell me where water was underneath and in the walls.
Now, back to the car with the oil light. I mentioned it to him as he was doing his work. He wouldn't leave without checking my oil for me! Talk about going above and beyond! Al is my super hero. I will never use another plumber.

Al was awful. Our home warranty company sent him out to fix a plumbing issue at our house and he incorrectly diagnosed it, resulting in weeks of issues and a non-functional toilet and literally a parade of other plumbers coming through our house in order to fix his mistake.
