I have had Pedroza Plumbing assigned by my home warranty company on many occasions for plumbing issues in my home and have been very happy with the quality work done and the promptness and efficiency of their work. Al goes above and beyond to get the job done right. Highly recommended

I'm reducing a star because the last time Pedroza came to our home, dispatched by the home warranty company, they said a service was needed that they didn't provide. I had to call an outside plumber & pay out of pocket (on top of the warranty's dispatch fee). The outside company fixed that problem (clogged sink) in 15 minutes, without needing the service Pedroza said was necessary.
This time, Al from Pedroza went above & beyond to repair our leaking toilet! Thanks Al!

I just used Pedroza Plumbing to help me with a clogged bathroom sink. I was fortunate to get Al, who is professional and showed up on time. Al helped me to identify the what caused the clog. Then he helped to identify problems to look out for in the future. The plumbing prices were also very reasonable.
Thank you Al and Pedroza plumbing!

Had a main line stoppage on a Friday night (no working toilets, sinks or tubs in my entire home!). Called my home repair insurance and they sent Al from Pedroza Plumbing. It was a very tough job, requiring him to go up on the roof to snake our main line from the clean-out. I don't have a ground-level, two-way cleanout because I live in an older home. So it was a very, very tough job. But Al was up for the challenge and he worked very hard to clear our main line and save us from having to dig up our yard. Amazing job. THANK YOU to Pedroza Plumbing, and more specifically to Al.

This dude is the worst. My bathroom sink was leaking so I called my home warranty company. The sent Pedroza Plumbing. He looked at my sink for about 10 seconds and said I don't think your insurance will cover this. He went I outside (so I couldn't hear him) to call my insurance company. He came back in and said they wouldn't cover the repair. Told me I needed new pipes(I didn't).
After he left I called my insurance company. They told me that he told them the pipes had been tampered with. Of course they hadn't been. He lied to them to get out of doing the work. I guess he didn't feel like it. Lol. Smh.
My insurance company scheduled another service provider to come out. I had to wait another week without my bathroom sink! When the new service provider arrived they assessed that the leak was due to a blockage and got right to work fixing it. He ran a snake, cleared the stoppage and my sink was working fine 15 minutes later. No new pipes needed.
Again, do not use Pedroza Plumbing. They are incompetent and lazy.

My day started with a clogged toilet. We only have one and this is a nightmare in the making. We rent, and our landlord has an insurance on situations like this.
When Al showed up he did the best he could, but sadly, he was not able to unclog the toilet. He would need to go on the roof, and this was not covered by the insurance. My landlord worked out the price and the company said they will be by between 10 am and 12:pm tomorrow. Our landlord brought a porta-potty over for the night. Less than ideal situation.
I then got a call from Al, the best plumber in town by far. He said he was thinking and he remember what it was like when he was in a similar situation. He came from West Covina to Pasadena on a Friday night to went on the roof and fixed the situation. The rate he charged was very reasonable, my landlord had no problem paying the money.
If Al did not already go above and beyond was he needed to do, he found a critical problem under the basement that needed attention ASAP.
Al, and those like them are my favorite type of people. They actually care about their customers and want to help. I am forever grateful for Pedroaza Plumbing And Rooter for sending Al to help us.

I had a leak in my drain line under my bathroom sink. Al from Pedroza's was prompt, professional and courteous. He did an above-and-beyond job on my complicated issue. It wasn't just ""a drain leak"". It was in a compromised position behind a wall connecting to a T where the break in the pvc was. His plumbing work is clean and looks great - and he cleaned up after himself leaving the cabinet and floor better then when he got there.

Al from Pedroza plumbing saved the day!! He came out within a few hours if our call and took care of the problem within 30 minutes. Al, you are AMAZING! My wife and I are grateful for your help, your friendliness, and your professionalism!
I highly recommend Pedroza Plumbing. Ask for Al, he will get the job done!

Shut off valve under my kitchen sink began to leak. I contacted my home warranty insurance and although they were slow to find someone, as soon as Pedroza Plumbing contacted me, AL was prompt & really nice. I thought I was in for an astronomical bill because the pipe was brittle, corroded & fell apart! Al reassured me, fixed/replaced the pipe and issue im addition to cleaning up after himself! All under warranty, thank goodness! A great experience and I appreciate Pedroza Plumbing for being professional.

All I can say is don't use them for your home warrenty service. They will not find problem on site so they can leave on 15 minute and get paid. It's just unfair the home warrenty company has policy like no problem no service. Good for these kind of contractors though.
