Peaden Air Conditioning, Plumbing & Electrical began its journey in 1969. Starting in Panama City, Florida, we grew to serve all of Panama City Beach, Lynn Haven, Callaway, Parker, and the entirety of Bay County. In 2010, we broadened our service area to include Destin, Okaloosa Island, Freeport, Defuniak Springs, Niceville, Fort Walton Beach, and Crestview. In 2012, we continued to grow, reaching Pensacola, Gulf Shores, Orange Beach, Gulf Breeze, Milton, Pace, Jay, Navarre, Fairhope, Daphne, Bay Minette, Robertsdale, Cantonment, and Molino. Peaden’s service area clearly spans the Gulf Coast.

Having lived on the Gulf Coast for over 30 years, I take pride in calling this region my home. This coast, stretching from Pensacola to Destin to Panama City, is where I both live and work.

I'd give them 3 stars for customer service before the technician arrived but 5 stars for the tech! I waited at home ALL day for the tech just to call to say he was coming. Granted, we had only called the day before, so I was excited to get a tech to come the next day. My excited waned as it was over 80 degrees inside and every time I called the secretary said """"He's on a call and will be over as soon as he can. You can leave your house if you need but if you don't answer when he calls, we won't come over today. I hope you have a good rest of your day"""" When the tech showed up, he easily diagnosed the problem and showed my husband where it was. Quickly it was fixed and he was on his way and we had cool air again!

Bought my house a few years ago and Peaden had done most of the work. Discovered how poorly the work was done after we moved in and everything was out of warranty. AC units were installed improperly. Plumbing was done wrong. Half the hot water is connected to cold and one of the toilets is connected to the water heater line. Paid for two service calls and the second guy never showed up and never heard from them again. Don't waste your time, everything they touched was a problem and one of their """"guys"""" even insulted the decor in my house saying """"who would want that? That's so 1980's"""". I've had to hire new AC people, plumbers, electrical, and they all say the work done at our home was done poorly. One of their plumbing guys even showed me multiple things that were done improperly.

Beware of this company, they are crooks. Call them out on an air conditioning repair and they gave me two options. One was to put in a new air conditioner and the second one was to do a repair they said they would guarantee for a year. Of course I took the repair and it didn't even last 24 hours. When I called to report it they refused to come back and make it right. Before they did the repair the technician told me that if the repair did not hold they would put that amount that I paid towards a new unit which they also refuse to do and even bumped up the price on their air conditioner $3,000 more than anybody else in town. I spent 6 weeks going back and forth with them on the phone and speaking to supervisors to know avail. I called my credit card company and filed a dispute and they found that they were wrong and reversed the payment. They have since put me in collections and put a lien on my house. This is a horrible company doing horrible work do not trust them there are plenty of other companies to choose from that are Honorable in Pensacola. Don't walk away, RUN!

Had a new toilet that needed to be installed before mother-in-law came to town. After doing the traditional call around with no call backs, Peaden answered the phone and the toilet was installed 3 hours later. The downside? You pay way too much for the install. The tech was great and the work was superb. The fee was robbery.

I don't think this is a reputable business. I called peaden about my ac having issues. It turned out to be the drain line was clogged. The guy came in and told us that and also quoted us 8K in hospital grade UV lights and said there was mold all over my machine. (There wasn't). I told him to take his stuff and leave and I will unclog the drain myself with a bottle of $5 bleach. Then I left a review for them on google about my experience and they tried to make me out to be a liar about my quote. See the receipts below! Don't do business with peaden, they're trying to take advantage of you.

We used Peaden Plumbing services. Breanna was our technician. She was extremely knowledgeable, professional, and most of all """"Knew Exactly What Needed To Be Done And How To Do it"""" - as a residential plumber. We purchased and she installed our new tankless water heater after our old showed signs of failure. She installed the entire system quickly, professionally, and on the coldest day of the year, so far. We were so impressed with Breanna, I purchased a Peadon Service contract for the hot water heater and also our HVAC system - based partially on the Peaden's reputation in the area, but mostly because of Breanna's professionalism.

So here is the reply by Peaden as to my dispute with them. That they will only due repair work while they have not been paid in full. After that you will have to involve the BBB and get a lawyer. During the course of the project up until they receive full payment. They cause damage and will try to haggle with you and deprive you of your first amendment rights by stating we will do the repair work after you remove the one star rating. Direct violation of your freedom of speech. Thank you for your feedback Mr. Zaldivar. We appreciate all the time you have spent with our vendors and management team as we have worked together to correct the damages Peaden was liable for during the course of the project. Thank you for working with our Teams due to the unexpected issues. We do apologize for the incidents and for the time it took to resolve them.

AC went out last summer. Tech examined and said it would cost $2000 to repair. Told him I couldn't pay that. Tech was like, """"I can put everything back the way it was and you'll have to deal with the heat"""". Negotiated down to $1300 but I'd have to purchase a UV light from them and they'd install it as well. Will never use them again.

I've was scheduled to have a dishwasher scheduled and installed on the jan 3rd, They said they would 50 off if they could reschedule which I was okay with on Jan 17th. Then they cancel that too and said they will be able to do it on FRIDAY the 19th. Hey guess what the rest of us have freaking jobs too. If you tell a customer that you will BE THERE then that's what you need to do. Instead of your BS line saying there were multiple people that had major plumbing problems . BUT even THEN the ones that were scheduled already should have come first and you should of told whoever was calling that you would be unable to assist them in their plumbing needs. This is just piss poor customer service in my opinion
