We noticed our water bill had been steadily rising for a few months and decided to do some sleuth work. Turned the main water shutoff in my house and the meter was still moving - great - I knew the leak had to be somewhere between the street meter and my house main, probably underground. This was a crummy situation. I had no idea where to start and knew things could get expensive. I searched for plumbers in the area and noticed the overwhelmingly positive reviews for Peach online. So, I called Peach Plumbing Inc. late in the evening and left a short message explaining the problem hoping to hear back the next morning. Alex called me back within 5 minutes and we set up an appointment for the next morning I was avaliable at 8am. He was more than willing to explain the procedure he uses to locating and repairing these leaks and what options I would likely have. After quite a few hours in the morning diagnosing the location of this pesky leak he determined that the leak is under the foundation of my house. He was knowledgeable and helpful explaining the subpar polymers that builders used (eventual lawsuits) around the timeframe that my house was built and how they fail. We were able to reroute/run a new line the next weekend. Cost was reasonable. Alex was willing to work with me to run the line how I wanted. I also did not feel like I was in the way sticking around and helping out a little bit, which I liked. Overall, very satisfied customer. Would recommend to anyone with plumbing issues and will use again.

We have a 100 year old rental house in Acworth and live in another state. When we started having plumbing issues last year I was so scared of being at the mercy of a stranger/ plumber. Alex is now on speed dial. He is honest and fair priced and has even walked away from doing work that didn't need to be done after a scare during the last freeze! He could have told us anything at that point, and he did the right thing. He's got a HUGE fan in SC and I can say if I ever do meet him face to face he'll get a big hug!

Saw my water heater drain valve was leaking. Saw all the good reviews about Alex so I sent in an RFQ online last Sunday. Alex answered very shortly afterward and said he could be over the next morning to check it out and to provide an estimate with no service charge. He said he'd come by between 8 and 9 am. He showed up at 7:58 am. He checked the pressure, tightened the drain valve and stopped the leak. Fast and no charge! I'm definitely going to him for future plumbing needs!

Alex was phenomenal. I needed a plumber regarding a water heater issue. Alex was at my house at 8 AM on the first day I was available, diagnosed the issue and my new water heater in place within 2 hours. Cost was totally reasonable and job was completed with no interruption to a busy day. While testing we discovered a clogged drain which he fixed in no time. I am thankful to now """"have"""" a plumber.

A few months ago I detected water streaming out of the siding of the back of the house. Although it was raining at the time, the exit point for the water didn't really make sense. I called up Peach Plumbers and Alex came out and after a short time was able to diagnose the issue - apparently one of the nails for the baseboard molding in our master bedroom punctured a plumbing pipe when it was reinstalled (over 2 years ago). Alex explained that its not uncommon for the seal between the nail and the pipe to hold for several years before compromising and causing leaking. He was able to repair the broken pipe for less than I was prepared to pay. After finishing the job, he informed me that the water pressure throughout the house was very high and the culprit was likely a blown pressure regulator. Although he offered to repair this for me at cost, he showed me how to go about doing the repair myself. A couple of days later I did just that and ultimately he saved me over $100. Awesome! But that experience didn't inspire me to write this review. About a month ago my parents also had a plumbing issue and they contacted me for a recommendation. I recommended Peach Plumbers immediately. Alex arrived at my parents and after 45 minutes or so, could not reproduce the issue or identify a cause. My dad got his checkbook out and Alex told him to put it away, in good conscious he wouldn't charge them if he hadn't done any work. A few days later my parents were able to reproduce the tricky issue and called Peach Plumbers back and the issue was corrected the second time. Despite needing a call back in that scenario, Alex demonstrated exceptional work ethic and work quality and after doing right by my parents I have to recommend them to everyone.

If your water heater is 10 years old, or older, I highly suggest you replace it. After a friend had his blow out 2 weeks ago and creating a river in his basement (an 11 year old unit), I checked the date on our water heater, and discovered it's original to our home (installed 05/2002) - YIKES! I immediately started looking for plumber reviews. I came across Alex of Peach Plumbing and liked what I read. I scheduled an 8 a.m. appointment for this morning to replace our contractor's grade 50G unit with a quality unit. Alex showed up at 7:59 a.m. ready to get to it. We made a path for him to get to/fro the water heater. The longest part of his installation was just the draining of our old tank. He installed a new Rheem water heater with all the required parts, new expansion tank, etc., NOT cutting any corners, dragged away the old water heater, cleaned his work area, bill in hand, paid, and out the door in 2-hours. That my friends is INCREDIBLE! If you don't call Alex, you are wasting your time and money. He's cordial, professional, and prompt. It doesn't get any better than that.

I chose Peach Plumbing based on numerous positive reviews on Yelp and was not disappointed. Alex scheduled an 8 am appt. at my request and was able to fix my constantly running toilet in record time. I wasn't even late for work. I feel that the charge was reasonable given the amount of work performed. Totally knowledgable and professional. I will call Peach Plumbing for any future plumbing needs!

Call the Gentleman with a sewage problem, he suggested i try something first before he came out, and offered to come out anytime if it didn't work. it worked and cost me nothing. thanks Peach PLumbing
