Saw my water heater drain valve was leaking. Saw all the good reviews about Alex so I sent in an RFQ online last Sunday. Alex answered very shortly afterward and said he could be over the next morning to check it out and to provide an estimate with no service charge. He said he'd come by between 8 and 9 am. He showed up at 7:58 am. He checked the pressure, tightened the drain valve and stopped the leak. Fast and no charge! I'm definitely going to him for future plumbing needs!

Alex was phenomenal. I needed a plumber regarding a water heater issue. Alex was at my house at 8 AM on the first day I was available, diagnosed the issue and my new water heater in place within 2 hours. Cost was totally reasonable and job was completed with no interruption to a busy day. While testing we discovered a clogged drain which he fixed in no time. I am thankful to now """"have"""" a plumber.

A few months ago I detected water streaming out of the siding of the back of the house. Although it was raining at the time, the exit point for the water didn't really make sense. I called up Peach Plumbers and Alex came out and after a short time was able to diagnose the issue - apparently one of the nails for the baseboard molding in our master bedroom punctured a plumbing pipe when it was reinstalled (over 2 years ago). Alex explained that its not uncommon for the seal between the nail and the pipe to hold for several years before compromising and causing leaking. He was able to repair the broken pipe for less than I was prepared to pay. After finishing the job, he informed me that the water pressure throughout the house was very high and the culprit was likely a blown pressure regulator. Although he offered to repair this for me at cost, he showed me how to go about doing the repair myself. A couple of days later I did just that and ultimately he saved me over $100. Awesome! But that experience didn't inspire me to write this review. About a month ago my parents also had a plumbing issue and they contacted me for a recommendation. I recommended Peach Plumbers immediately. Alex arrived at my parents and after 45 minutes or so, could not reproduce the issue or identify a cause. My dad got his checkbook out and Alex told him to put it away, in good conscious he wouldn't charge them if he hadn't done any work. A few days later my parents were able to reproduce the tricky issue and called Peach Plumbers back and the issue was corrected the second time. Despite needing a call back in that scenario, Alex demonstrated exceptional work ethic and work quality and after doing right by my parents I have to recommend them to everyone.

If your water heater is 10 years old, or older, I highly suggest you replace it. After a friend had his blow out 2 weeks ago and creating a river in his basement (an 11 year old unit), I checked the date on our water heater, and discovered it's original to our home (installed 05/2002) - YIKES! I immediately started looking for plumber reviews. I came across Alex of Peach Plumbing and liked what I read. I scheduled an 8 a.m. appointment for this morning to replace our contractor's grade 50G unit with a quality unit. Alex showed up at 7:59 a.m. ready to get to it. We made a path for him to get to/fro the water heater. The longest part of his installation was just the draining of our old tank. He installed a new Rheem water heater with all the required parts, new expansion tank, etc., NOT cutting any corners, dragged away the old water heater, cleaned his work area, bill in hand, paid, and out the door in 2-hours. That my friends is INCREDIBLE! If you don't call Alex, you are wasting your time and money. He's cordial, professional, and prompt. It doesn't get any better than that.

I chose Peach Plumbing based on numerous positive reviews on Yelp and was not disappointed. Alex scheduled an 8 am appt. at my request and was able to fix my constantly running toilet in record time. I wasn't even late for work. I feel that the charge was reasonable given the amount of work performed. Totally knowledgable and professional. I will call Peach Plumbing for any future plumbing needs!

VERY fast response. I had an older model """"flushometer"""" type of commercial toilet valve in my condo that had worn out and would not stop flushing. I turned my water off, did a search on Yelp, called Alex and he finished up his current job and drove the 30 minutes to my location in Midtown ATL. He went straight to work and had the entire assembly replaced with a new one in 30 minutes. So, you really can't beat that kind of a service level. Sure, it was a pretty straightforward job, so nothing really magic about it and he did charge me a little more than another quote I got, but because of the speed and quality of his work, I was happy to pay it. He allowed me to get on with my life.
