We wake up this morning to find water pouring out of our water heater. Oh yay. Hot water is one of those must haves of life, so I want to find someone who can come out immediately and get the water heater replaced. I feel a sense of dread, knowing that getting a decent plumber out on such short notice will be a real challenge. Well, not so much! I found Peach Plumbing by doing a Yelp search, and was impressed by the number of 5-star reviews, so I called Alex. He says, tell me the specs on what you need and I'll be there in an hour. Seriously??? Seriously. He showed up with the correct water heater in less than the promised hour. Now that's service. Alex was professional, very friendly, and utterly competent. It took him around an hour and a half to get the work done. He didn't try to upsell me at all - he actually convinced me that getting a cheaper heater made sense in the long run, as long as I performed easy yearly maintenance. And he encouraged me NOT to buy the extended warranty. He's very honest, in other words. Great job! Was Peach the cheapest in town? No, probably not. But getting a quick install by an honest, hardworking plumber was worth every penny I paid. I am completely satisfied and will use Peach exclusively for my future plumbing needs. Thanks, Alex!

Back in early September, Alex did a terrific, fast, and inexpensive fix of my two outdoor faucet bibs. Still working great now. Alex is friendly and answers all questions. Will definitely use again.

Update: Came home to water dripping from main floor and basement ceilings(!). Reached out to Alex around 7-8pm. He was able to schedule me for next day. Came out, diagnosed issue and fixed problem within a couple hours! And for a reasonable price. 3 for 3 on plumbing work with Peach Plumbing. Not fun to go through, but could have been a lot worse and am happy I had someone I trusted to reach out to.

Alex came out to the house today to look at two issues. One was a sink and one was a toilet issue. Alex made quick work of both fixes and charged a very fair rate. They never responded to the internet request nor did they respond to my phone call the following day. It's been three days now, never heard from them BUT Plumbing Express came out at the promised time the next day and fixed my problem quickly and I was satisfied with the fee, So, don't call Peach Plumbing and waste 3 days.
