Had a garbage disposal and faucet installed by Alex. He was on time, professional and did very good work. He just forgot to install the soap dispenser but no biggie. Wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

Yelp keeps asking me about my experience with this company for some reason. I get email after email from them asking me for a review so here it is. I contacted them via Yelp message because it said they had a 20 min response time and a 95% response rating on top of them having a 5 Yelp overall review rating. I asked for a quote on a project and waited for a response. I thought they would reply or call so that we could set up a time for them to come out and give me an estimate on the project. Well, 20 mins passed by, 30 mins, an hour, 6 hours, 12 hours, 24 hours, 2 days, 4 days 6 days and not a word. I eventually heard from them after I posted a pic of my ignored message. They apologized, they had excuses, blah, blah, blah and then said that they couldn't give me a quote without seeing the job. Really???? No s*!t Sherlock! Duh!!!! So, I chose to contact three other companies that responded post haste. That's my experience with Peach Plumbing!

Alex is awesome! I called him, he gave me a window that he could be here & showed up right on time. He fixed the leaky pipe we had & the running toilet. He left his shoes outside the door (which he did on his own without request) & was very respectful of my house & belongings. I would & will use him again.

Showed up to do an estimate on a bathroom and laundry room conversion and remodel. Promised to email the estimate within 24 hours and stat the job within a week. That was 3 weeks ago and not a word. If you have a small job they may be able to handle it but don't call with a bigger job. Nice; but not professional.

I called a handful of plumbers and even had one other come out and give an estimate. I ended up going with Alex; 1. Because he is a local guy with just him and his wife running the company(love supporting small businesses), and 2. I felt he was VERY reasonable with his pricing and honest. The last plumber tried to sell me on some hammer arrester system(new code), that Alex told me I didn't """"need"""", but it was the current code. Alex was very nice and personable the whole time he was there. You really feel like Alex is just a good friend coming to help you out, instead of some """"radio ad"""" plumber coming to sell you more than you need. Alex also gave me a time he'd be there and showed up promptly and not in some 2-4hour window. You can stop searching for plumbers, because I've already done that for you(called MANY), Alex is the guy you need for any plumbing needs. Thank you Alex for the great and honest work. I don't leave reviews but I had to make an exception. I looked at reviews and Peach Plumber had all the right reviews. Alex came out diagnosed the problem, gave me a quote and scheduled the repair the next day (replaced pump) He's an independent, his communication is excellent and he sticks to his word. Unheard of in this world. I fully endorse him and his business.

I called Alex for a kitchen sink replacement. I already had the necessary items and needed him to do the install. He was able to come out within two days and was very prompt. Told me he'd arrive between 11am and 1pm, he showed up at 11am. It only took him 1.5 hrs to do a full replacement, which included rewiring the garbage disposal. He was very polite, professional and did great work. His prices are also very reasonable.I will continue to use him for my future plumbing needs. I would definitely recommend using Alex and Peach Plumbing.

After calling several plumbers we picked Peach Plumbing. We already had work done by Reliable Heating with our HVAC and It would have been nice to stay with one contractor and try their plumbing services, but even though we have given them thousands of dollars, they wanted money just to come out for a toilet install. Didn't think it was cool that they would charge an existing customer a fee!! The other company (Casteel) wanted $39.00 to come out, but, would not put that toward the work unless it was over $175.00. Not Cool! And, they wanted 250-480 dollars to install a toilet. Alex was much more affordable with his pricing. He was below Casteel prices. He was also out within a reasonable time to do the SAME work. Also, we were able to return a Moen Fawcett because he was able to fix/replace a line. Saved us the cost of the product and the cost of the install. Thanks Alex! You are now our plumber and the others lost out because they were greedy.

Quick, friendly and affordable service! I was quoted double for the job they did by a popular plumber in the area. Even sent me a photo of the work before he left, since I was not there to see it. Quoted me an out the door price before starting and stuck with it.
